My husband and I dined in tonight, and I must admit the food was so good?. Fresh and hot, and the customer service was superb ??. We would like to thank Brandon, who brought our food to us and also his manager. They both took goof care of this transplant recipient, ME?.Thank you and we will definitely be coming back?.Dietary restrictions: As a transplant recipientwe should not eat food that sits under the heat lamps, so i do appreciate them dropping some fresh chicken and fries for my situation.

every time you go to the drive thru to order, you hear "one moment please" and wait at the speaker for about five minutes before you get your order taken. Never seen this happen at any other fast food joint. do they only have one person taking orders at a time that can't multitask??

The best fast food around, we need more fast food chains that run as good as this one around, the staff are always prompt and polite with me too. I will return as always.

I have had a taste for a good burger for a few weeks now. I finally had to take a trip pass waldorf, so I tried them out. I ordered the double R burger. When it was ready so quickly, I knew it would be no good. The cheese was not melted, and the burger was old, the ham tasted of oscar myer, and was very limited, as opposed to the picture on the menu. I gave an extra *, because it is still nice to have a fresh fixins bar, which is rare now, and it did look good. The place looked clean, and the service was fine.

Passed by and saw a Roy Rogers restaurant and had to stop in. It's been years since these restaurants disappeared on Long island and weve really missed them.Great to see the fixing bar still exists, the roast beef and the fried chicken.Our sandwiches were great and will stop in again sometime.

The gentleman taking our order in the drive thru was nice. However, we could hardly understand what he was saying. After paying, he asked us to pull up and go to the right, the car in front of us pulled up and went to the left, another car that was behind us, pulled up and went to the right again, so at one point 4 cars sitting out there. I wasn't really understanding if this is a fast food restaurant, why have we been to sit for an additional 5,6,7 minutes waiting for food off to the side. I asked for fixens.... None came in the bag. I asked for mayonnaise. None came in the bag, So my husband literally had to get out of the car 3 times.
I am giving one stars because the chicken wasn't good. The service at the window on the other hand.....was the best part of the visit. The window attended was very pleasant and helpful but man that wait at the drive thru was absolutely horrible. Roy y'all have got to do better.
