The morning staff & manager are great! I literally order the same 2 drinks through the app & go multiple times a week with zero issues. Yes its a little slower Saturday mornings nut thats to be expected during such a busy time. But those 2 weekday afternoon workers. Not it! Rude & condescending when you ask for what you want like you want it. Telling you how the drink is "normally" made rather than actually following what you asked for. It's slightly annoying. If I have to go anytime after 1030 I'll just pass. Removed 2 stars for 2 workers.

I ordered ice mocha in venti 24 oz with no ice.This is the only Starbucks giving me coffee like this. All the others all give me full cup. And It’s only 20 oz. I should’ve just ordered hot one less price then. So don’t order no ice at this store.

Ummm they totally didn't seem to even care about my drink. It was mostly milk not much of the strawberry flavor and you can see clearly by the color of the drink !! It barely pink at all, super disappointed not going to order from this starbucks again :1

If you order through app early morning 6/7 am you’ll be fine! Anything after 7:30/8 morning rush, of course the drinks or customer service may be subpar or mediocre, especially considering baristas may get overwhelmed. Recommend ordering through app, otherwise, in person you’ll have a longer wait time and a bit of attitude. Overall, good location, clean, good drinks, and friendly baristas.

The employees are so rude here. No good morning, no you’re welcome. They look at you like they hate you. Worst customer service than McDonald’s, who are usually pretty nice compared to this place. Owner, hire new employees if you want to save this business. I used to love this place when there were nice workers.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It's always pretty bad but today I decided to give it one more chance. I received, for $8, a watery, gross "latte" with none of the extras I paid for. Staff was even more rude this time than the last. It's a huge disappointment, don't waste your time or money on this dump.

I was in the area and decided to take advantage of my FREE birthday treat!What I got: FROZEN STRAWBERRY AÇAÍ LEMONADE REFRESHER (my new favorite drink and I'll be grabbing another one today!) + OWL CAKE POP (because it was cute and I wanted some cake!)I used the app to pre-order.
