Worst Starbucks employees ever! I work at the mall. Instead of being able to go downstairs to get coffee, myself and several other different store employees take turns leaving the mall to go down the street to the Starbucks at the Safeway. The employees at the mall Starbucks(Audry and kiy I believe are there names) have no business working in customer service. They are rude, lazy and clueless. Constantly on there phone, closing early, and make you feel like it's a inconvenience to take a order or make a drink. I don't know how management doesn't see how horrible there employees are. They need to get ride of these girls and hire people that actually come to work and I'm idk.....work!! This Starbucks is a joke. It would be nice to have a Starbucks people actually want to go to. People like them are the reason reviews need negative star options.

First time coming here on vacation women at the counter Saud we don't have sweet cream I said OK then she said we don't have teas so I said ok I'll take an iced coffee she said we are our of coffee I said OK I'll have a sandwich / snack at least we don't got no food it's 10 am and you have nothing close your store if you can't provide any service !!

I don’t even leave reviews but I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The baristas are rude and never provide good customer service. The location is always out of items and closing early and my food is always cold in the middle every time. I suggest hiring more friendly baristas who are actually happy to provide good service.

I’m not want to normally write a review. But I’ve been to this location periodically in the past 2 years. I have never had a pleasant experience. Today I put in an order at 5:20pm. The young lady seemed angry and unfriendly. She started walking away as we were ordering. When she came back to the register. I asked if there was a problem and she proceeded to say that they were closing soon. I checked the hours and this location is open until 8pm. Needless to say, I’m not going back there.

The worst customer service. I will be contacting corporate because there was no excuse for the level of rudeness. I canceled my order! Cards only (because they were counting out cash drawer 30 mins prior to closing), no problem. They were out of straws - no problem. But the mumbling under her breath with sassy remarks and attitude, as if my business was a bother - cancel my order. And I will be writing in about my experience. Completely unnecessary to be that rude and nasty. Unreal!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks a handful of times and I get a handful of attitude from the girl who works there and she thinks being on the phone is more important then attending to the customer. Please hire someone who has manners and actually cares about customers.
