I go to this location frequently and the staff is great! I always place the order thru the app and my order is always ready and prepared properly.The only issue I have is adding a bottled drink to my order, this location doesn't offer it and this is frustrating because when I order it's for convenience.

do not order from here i went the the subway with my dad and the lady that works there is not wearing a net for her hair and she got my sandwich wrong and my dad told her what i wanted and she still got it wrong and gave me a sandwich that i did not ask for after this me and my dad are not going to this place anymore and they had nets flying around like that’s just disgusting

the food was freshly made, produce presented looked nice and new, very clean inside & the worker was very sweet and didn't give me a hard time when i asked for extras. location is kind of hard to find so just for reference it is located on the right side of safeway.

Nobody can answer the phone! 8 phone calls over 40 minutes. States away and trying to cancel an order. Subway corporate doesn’t even have a phone number you can contact them anymore. Maybe trade those new slicers in on employees!? Terrible service and location. Avoid if you can!!!
Can't keep trying. Maybe other Subways are okay. This one not so much. Regardless of what app or online tells you, you MUST present a paper coupon/ticket and the the boy is constantly canceling sale when you are attempting to pay with a card. Pay no attention that there is a way to scan from your phone home. Told the device does not work. Paying in cash or is alway more that what you see posted, no I get NOTHING extra or any add ons. No chips no cookies no drinks. Just don't waste your time. There are better places that can sell items to everyone for price listed.

Customer service here is terrible. There is a lady of Latino origin that works at this location on Friday evenings and is rude. She acts as if she doesn't feeling like dealing with customers and is very short with you in her approach. Whatever happened to good customer service?! Will never come to this location again!
My is an upright black man, professional and paying customer. Was forced to leave for sitting in the dinning area too long. Completely unacceptable. It was his lunch break. And there are not signs on how long one can sit. Manager was rude and unprofessional.
