The taste and quality has really gone down hill. Service is not what it use to be. We feel more like a bother than anything else, which is why we rarely darken their doorway anymore. Your sub is supposed to be made the way you want it. The second you ask for something a bit different you get looked at like you just flew in from another galaxy. Sorry but the food is not that good anymore so it is not worth all the hassles to walk in this place. No thanks. I will go somewhere else.

Ordered online for pickup. Subs ordered with shredded cheese had no cheese at all, and they halved the steak you get anywhere else. None were toasted like ordered. Smothered in sauce though, to hide the fact they had no meat or cheese. Enough other Subway's in the area to not get ripped off.

I stopped here last night to grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner for me and the kids everything went smooth customer service was bright the food was fresh all great experience

I've been here a few times and it's almost always the same. They kind of take forever sometimes to realize someone is even waiting to order. All of the employees are usually hiding in the back discussing and laughing amongst themselves who will go out and take the order. The food isn't that great because it seems like it's been left out a long time or might be stale. When the sandwich is toasted, it still tastes cold sometimes. I literally only still go for convenience because it's down the street from my house. And sometimes I'll even drive across the city to another location because I don't get the best experiences from this one

This subway is terrible. Only two people working and they were purposefully moving as slow as they possibly could, especially the fat lady. Left without getting a sandwich because of them playing games and wasting everyone's time. The 3 people in line behind me left for the same reason.
