Sweetfrog is one of my favorite ice cream stores. The seating is minimal, but I don't eat in the store anyway. The servers are friendly and professional.

They seem to be consistently understaffed. Frequently it seems like the workers are in the back and the customers are just fending for themselves. When they do come out they are not particularly accommodating. The rewards program is not very generous and they are very strict on the terms. I haven’t seen it busy very often so I’m not sure why they are pushing customers away over $1 discount here or there.

Love the spot but they don’t readily offer a lid and/or a bag. When asking for a bag they just hand it to you and move on.

Yesterday I attended the Sweet frog in Waldorf Maryland. Went to check out and noticed the scale already had ".3" ounces on it. The girl working there could not figure out how to recalibrate the scale. Definitely little shady thinking that they're charging everyone that comes through there extra.

Friendly atmosphere, delicious froyo, not a big fan of their current flavors but the plain is always a good choice. Parking on site.
The yogurt is wonderful but I didn’t care for one of the workers spraying Clorox on each table and bench next to my family at 9:25pm, i understand they close at 10pm but smelling bleach as we ate our dessert was a COMPLETE turn off! Completely tasteless!!!, maybe 9:50pm is a better time to start your spring cleaning!

Impressed! By far, the best sweet frog in Maryland!! Very clean, excellent assortment of flavors, nice seating area and I love that you can add your own toppings! This location puts the Woodmore location to shame!
