I spoke with the manager Erica for a catering order. I ordered a tray of shrimp and chicken quesadilla. When I arrived to pick up my order they knew nothing about my order. I tried to pre pay on my order to make sure that my order was ready and Erica said no need , pay when I pick up the order. Which sounds weird . Who wouldn’t want someone to pre pay on their order. I am here to tell you don’t ever cater anything from this place. My event is today, and I had to rush to Cameron’s to pick up a tray of shrimp. The shrimp was delicious from Cameron’s. They did a good job. Especially since it’s was a last minute order and pick up. I would give this place no stars. This was truly unprofessional on Erica behalf. Erica did not even call me after given the fact that I left my phone number. I had to call her back to speak with her. Erica did agree that there was an order put in by her (Erica) . However she lied to me on the phone and told me that she penciled me in 3 weeks ago. If she did , then my order would have been ready! Bad customer service by Erica!

3rd time going to this restaurant. 1st time wasn't bad, 2nd time, my wife didn't like it. This time I convinced her to go back. We got into not even a half full restaurant. Sat for almost 20 minutes with not so much as a server passing by our table. We just stood up and walked out. Took 3 times to figure it out but won't go back.

I had the rib eye cooked to medium Also had the bacon potatoes au gratin and salad The steak although cooked correctly very under seasoned and a little tough for a rib eye The bacon potatoes au gratin missing the bacon lacking seasoning and the potatoes not completely cooked still a little hard

Typical sports bar in Waldorf. Lots of tvs, large bar, and also separate dining area. Came here for lunch and discovered they have a lunch special that basically gives you the entrée size of certain items for $12.99. Though the service was spotty (server disappeared for 20+ min) You cannot beat that deal. Decided to get appetizer of crab dip, calamari, and lunch special option of steak. Everything tasted great. The crab dip is definitely recommended. We got it with the bread.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The owner needs to take customer service classes. Waited for almost an hour because "the dishes were in the dish washer" So not only could we not get our drinks but they didn't have plates. Then the owner had the nerve to try to count the time we were here. The entire table had eaten and my sons food had not even come out. 0/0
The bad: I am being critical because I'm a bit of a freshness snob but I felt that the wings tasted old. It was very slight but a few of the wings tasted a bit off. Tried to take the leftovers for lunch the next day and they didn't taste good at all and subsequently went in the trash.The good: Overall I like this place. Great service. Good bar area happy hour specials on food and drinks. I ordered a blue moon and wings. The blue moon hit the spot as it often does and the wings had good flavor to the sauce and were prepared well.
