I think that they changed their ingredients. It use to be healthy now I believe thier sliddin additives in the smoothies, also they cook the food by microwave8/30/23- I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad only to be served a salad with what appeared to be microwaved chicken. This chicken had no evidence of being grilled, it was pale and appeared uncooked. When I asked the employee if it was microwaved he said yes, and that wasn’t the problem! The problem is if you’re going to sell grilled chicken it should be grilled first not cooked in a microwave and served as grilled chicken, this is definitely something new that there doing because I’ve never had this happen in the pass..this is the only thing I’ve ordered from here is how I knew my salad looked weird.

Restaurant is dirty, bathroom is locked and refused to open it so my toddler could use the bathroom. Service terrible staff is ghetto. Last time coming, don't recommend. How can you not open a bathroom?

I orderd a peanut butter cup and had a giant glob or unblended peanut butter in the bottom. And when i went to the bathroom it had clearly been used but wasnt flushing and there was no out of order sign.

Best Tropical Smoothie Around. Staff is always friendly and nice! Service is always very fast even if they are busy and the line it long. They roll threw customers and get your smoothie and food out fast. I drive 25 miles from Upper Marlboro to come to this location because the one in Upper Marlboro on route 301 is a waste of time!

I'd give ZERO stars if this website let me. Tropical Smoothie corporate is a sad joke. I'll be telling everyone I know and continue to leave well-deserved awful reviews EVERYWHERE. I went daily and spent from $8 - $16 every day and regret every giving this greedy corporation my business. I forgot to scan, phone won't scan code or allow me to enter it and lost the points that now take more than twice as long to accumulate. 550 points used to get you a free smoothie. Now it's 1200 - double. I've called corporate 6 times and have only been given the run around. Told I'd be called back twice and not a single phone call yet except for a corporate employee stating she was on vacation and couldn't do anything for me but she'd send an email to corporate and I'd get a call back. Nothing. I continued to call and was told again "2 minutes you'll be called back" but that was 16 hours ago. I'm simply asking for my points so I can finally get the last free smoothie. I don't want to give greedy pathetic corporations my money. Without customers the business wouldn't continue. Millionaire CEO doesn't care about you. Why give him any more money?! Boycott Tropical Smoothie!

I visited here for the first time, it was really crowded. I just knew it was going to be a 30 minute or more wait but the staff was quick, effectively, and their work was effective. They got us out in maybe 12 minutes. The smoothie was really good, I enjoyed it. I'll be back but not to location. It's way too far from my home
I usually have no complaints about t hi is location because I order online but on 03/17/23 at 10:20 am I went to pick up my order it was crowded and the short middle eastern guy at the register was so rude and unpleasant I probably will not go back to this location I understand it being busy but it’s no reason to be rude

I ordered lunch on line like always. Then i get an email stating to pick it up. I call the store and said no I put in for delivery. They informed me if I want delivery I have to use the app not order on line. No where does it say that. And the staff was not willing to bring me my food I had paid for. Told me order it again off the app and they'd credit me. So you have people there to deliver, but you want me to pay a second time. Very bad service. Will not go back. Zero stars
