Walked into this eatery and it wasn't too busy. Possibly because it was a weekday during off peak hours. Was sat quickly and was brought out ice water and some chips and salsa (which were fresh). I ordered a Mixed Fajita which came with steak, chicken and shrimp. This came out with a side of rice and black beans as well as your choice of corn or flour tortillas. This is my go to hidden gem! Seriously! A mix of fast casual and sit down, you order at the counter sometimes and sometimes they bring you a menu when you're seated. Their birria always hits and I'm still on the hunt for melty birria like Cocineros'. I like going back and forth between the pulpo burrito bowl and pulpo tacos, but my boyfriend never steers away from birria. I had a late lunch and ordered the churrasco (skirt steak.) What I got was a riot of delicious flavors. The steak was topped with sautéed onions and parsley with a grilled Serrano.
