The individuals at this location were extremely rude. They did not want to actually do the job they were hired for, and when I asked them to make a pretzel (aka the job they were supposed to be there for), they just rolled their eyes and did it unwillingly. I understand if they were busy not wanting to make pretzels, but they had no one in line, and no pretzels in the warmer. I wish I could say one thing positive, but the pretzels weren't good enough for it to be positive.

My food had fruit flies coming out of the container! I asked for a refund and niki the so called manager said she could only replace it! I told her no I want my money back . She still refused. There was other people in line so I said no I want my money back. She then used her cell phone and walked away. Then took another customers payment, never washed her hands, her clothes were very dirty obviously worn for several days and she only refunded part of my ordered . Stated I could drink my coke still and cheese dip! For what? I want nothing from there. DISGUSTING! SHE REFUNDED A PATHEDIC 4.29 OIT OF MY TOTAL ORDER! REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER SUPERVISOR OR A CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER.

Are dried out leathery pretzels your thing? If so stop on by this vibrant mall and grab you some goodness. Ok I jest. Old nasty pretzels being sold AND when you ask for a fresh one it's not taken well nor handled in a professional manor. For shame
