The owner is an absolute angel! A morning appointment detained me from getting breakfast this morning before the cut off time. She was so kind and prepared a healthy meal for me. I have eaten lunch multiple times at this restaurant; but, never breakfast until today. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for your kindness!

Great little sandwich (and more) shop tucked away in a super busy shopping center. Plenty of seating, the entire restaurant feels open and spacious, and there is PLENTY of variety. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were large. I've been told about it for quite some time, but never wanted to navigate the awful parking lot. It's definitely worth it, though!Dietary restrictions: One of the people in my party is gluten free and dairy free and they had no problem finding multiple things to choose from.Parking: This parking lot is awful. Very full due to all the shops, but not enough room to get around easily. I couldn't believe there weren't any accidents while we were there because there were many times I expected one.
Charging for a glass of water with my meal? When I ask about it, told that "all restaurants charge for tap water, and it isn't that much." No. We dine out a lot and this is the only restaurant that has ever charged me for tap water in the past 70 years. I don't care if it was even just a penny.

I am always on a quest to find a small, local, quality restaurant that will surprise me. Blue Bistro is THAT place. Such a wonderful find! The food is fantastic, with lots of variety on the menu. It's popular with the locals, and tucked away, just off E. Main St. in Westminster. Today I had the Rachel (turkey) sandwich, and sweet potato fries. My friend had the Rare Roast Beef sandwich with potato salad. Both sandwiches were delectable, and the sweet potato fries and potato salad were incredible. You should probably skip a few meals before dining here, as the portions are generous, and everything is SO tasty! The staff is warm, efficient, and polite. I love this place (my only "go-to" in Westminster), and will continue to be a loyal patron!
