Wow Delicious food, Great people, great service. If I had ⁷a beautiful woman in my life I would surely take her here on Valitines Day. This place just has the perfect Romatic atmosphere. . I was stuffed. Man that was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. ENJOY.
The Westminster location is a little small; at lunchtime on a Sunday, the place was nearly full. The service and food were as good as if we had the place to ourselves! I love Mexican cooking and Cinco is about as good as it gets in Central Maryland!

Service has really gone downhill. And bartender is not very attentive or good at making drinks. EDIT. Went back a few weeks later and everything was great. Bartender was very attentive and the food was great as always.
