We hosted a Birthday party for my wife and I would give 10 stars if possible..to COVALENT SPIRITS owners Jenn and Drew! The Owners and Bartender went way above and beyond to make this a total success and full of fun ! The space is so unique and comfortable that Everyone raved about it! The separate sitting room with fireplace really added the extra touch on a cold winter night !.. Beautiful! The owners, Jenn and Drew made everyone feel right at home and the Bartender was so friendly and made a great selection of drinks...everyone was trying new cocktails AND Mocktails. Our event was catered by Cheers To Snacks....Here again Covalent and Cheers to Snacks worked tirelessly to make the event PERFFECT...Thanks Beth ! Thank you all again, we will be back soon ! My daughter and I had a wonderful first experience here yesterday evening. Thank you Jen for your hospitality, and a nod to Scott for making a $12 cocktail taste like it should cost $30. The live music was beautifully quaint. One of the most aesthetically pleasing places in the area.

Stopped here this weekend while visiting a friend in PA and we both really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and the spirits and drinks were awesome. We sat at the bar with other patrons and there was a private party in the side room. I opted for the full flight and my friend chose the bourbon tastings. I have honestly never had vodka and gin that were so smooth! My friend also really liked the bourbon she tried. After our tastings, we both decided to try a coffee cocktail, which featured cold brew, cream and vodka. It was so yummy! My friend said she's planning to take her mom there and I wouldn't be opposed to visiting again the next time I'm in Pennsylvania.

If you are looking to host an event or gathering at a modern and industrial space like Covalent - DO IT! We hosted an engagement party here this summer and it was perfect. Jenn and Drew were so responsive and helpful with all of our questions and needs, drinks were outstanding (in taste and appearance), and everyone serving us was welcoming and friendly. They were very committed to making sure everyone had a great time. Cannot recommend them enough!
Update: We've been back many times and had outstanding experiences. The staff is so friendly and personable. If you love unique, well-made cocktails, this is your spot.Stopped in to check them out on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was cheerful, and the decor is modern. It was a bit crowded, but that should thin out over time. They had two food vendors lined up. Our food order was lost, but I mark that up to being new. We enjoyed the drinks. They are priced on a premium scale, so beware. They do pack a good punch. The standout was the Bloody Mary variant, Bloody Mai Li. Will definitely go again.

The curb appeal was great and matches the ambience once you enter this new distillery on Main Street that definitely caught my eye riding past. Parking wasn't too bad but I'm assuming it can b on a busy day or weekend. Scott the bartender was great. Jen whom I found out later was one of the owners served free samples that were to die for. Didn't get to meet Drew, who is also one of the owners I was told. The drinks were amazing. Not too strong or dense but perfect for my weekday extravaganzas late night when I have to work the next day lol. The menu has the perfect selection of "munchie" foods to go along with your cocktails. There is outdoor seating and several options indoor. Don't come here expecting a full course meal! It's not a restaurant people! But if you come for a chill vibe, excellent service and genuine hospitality and conversation.... This is the place to be! I can't wait to visit again!

Relaxed atmosphere with friendly bartenders & staff with a good selection of drinks (flights, cocktails, or straight liquor).Everything was clean & well labeled/laid out. There's also a separate room with a fireplace that can be reserved with doors to separate it for the rent of the bar.
