Ordered carry out the other week. The food that was present, was overflowing and delicious. As it turns out, I was missing a salad. Everyone is human, I understand, but I asked the cashier if everything was there, she stated she did not pack the bag but was sure it was. After that exchange I was confident all of my food was in the bag, and didn't check and tipped on the receipt. I got let down that night. I count on food service personnel to be on point when checking the order being put into the bag prior to my arrival.Tip for the day for patrons : check your order. Tip of the day for servers : check the order.

My wife & I have been enjoying meals here for at least 10 years. All meals have been exceptional with one exception a few years ago. Chalk it up to just having a bad day. The cream of crab soup is out of this world and loaded with lump crabmeat. All meals are very generous, so bring your appetite. The waitstaff is always courteous and efficient. There is nothing special about the ambiance. Parking is mostly ample. I have "NO" problems bringing my family and friends to this restaurant.

Although I really enjoy their food I ordered a seafood sub(delivered by Grubhub) and there was only 1 thin layer of shrimp. I felt like someone either took some food or the restaurant only put 1 Layer which I doubt.

I have been coming to this location for nearly a decade.Food is always good service is hit or miss.I recently visited for lunch with my family. Upon reviewing my check realized that a 20% gratuity charge had been added to my bill.The prices of some food items have changed which is understandable.Most restaurants add 20% gratuity to tables of 6 or more.Took check to register to ask about this gratuity being added and was told to read bottom of menu.This type of charge should be listed at top of menu.I asked for change for a 20 dollar bill intending to pay server a tip before realizing the 20% gratuity charge and wasn't notified about it by server at all.This 20% gratuity issue has turned me away from your restaurant.There are other restaurants in town that don't do this to customers.I think I will be visiting them more often .
The food was very good, huge portions. They did however lose our meal ticket, and we waited 45 minute for Chicken Parm and Chicken Cacciatore. The server was very apologetic, and gave us a slight discount.The restaurant itself was a bit dusty and cobwebby around the lights and ceiling corners.And I was disappointed that we were not offered a drink or dessert menu considering we went for my birthday.

Lunch with hubby.. shout out to our server David, he went over and beyond what you expect these days. What a joy it is to see someone proud of what they do! We had the manicotti, it was awesome! Will return for the pizza that looked incredible.
