Went in on my to work, ordered the pizza and cheese bread combo. When total came up 8.47 for a 6.99 meal was told menu board was out of date, but same price was on web. Employee told me to accept it and no manager available. He told me to come back tomorrow. So I left and went McDonalds their loss will not recommend them at all . Terrible service

Ordered $50 worth of food for delivery and only received half of what I paid for. I called the store to find out what happened, only to be told my food was still sitting there at the store. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude, insisted it was the dashers fault that half my order was still at the store (really? c’mon!), and then told me I had to pick it up. I complained to DoorDash, and I couldn’t even get a refund!… I have avoided this store for almost 2 years due to previous bad service, I never should have given them another chance.

Rented a place for my granddaughter's birthday party only had it for 3 hours ordered pizza tried to order on the phone they would not allow it said we had to go online so went online and ordered the pizza and waited and waited and waited finally called them back ask him where the pizza was at they told us that they delivered it and we explained they did not deliver to the right place they told us it was not their problem and that we needed to go look for it and then the guy hung up went and looked for the pizza it was at somebody's house away from the place called them back wanted some type of reimbursement for the aggravation not getting it on time and the phone being hung up on us and for us having to go hunt our pizza order down they told us it was not their problem and hung up again very rude very disrespectful will never ever do business with this Little Caesars

I am one of the assistant managers at the Burger King on 454 WMC Drive. I only got 2 of the 4 pizzas I ordered for my crew which is a shame because it was for a small celebration. I would really like my 2 pizzas. Missing a Hawaiian and a pepperoni.

Every time I pick up from this location I have a bad experience. I'm a Dasher and the orders are never ready on time - I frequently have to wait 10-15 mins past the pick up time. As I am paid on an order to order basis, this quite literally costs me money. Once or twice, I would understand. But they are late EVERY SINGLE TIME. In addition, the staff is inattentive and rude. This past time, they tried to make me use the machine for online orders (meant for those placed directly on their website, not those placed through services like Doordash). You have to have a code to unlock the drawer with your order in it but as this is not supposed to be used for Doordash, I had no code and had to call Dasher Support to resolve the issue. I'm no longer going to accept orders from here nor will I ever visit as a customer.

This store has a weird smell. Smells somewhat musty and damp, which doesn't I still confidence in cleanliness. Great and courteous staff and delicious pizza, though.

Walked in, no one said "Hi" or "Hello'.. looked to see what was "HOT-N-READY" But there was NOTHING!!!! I'm here at 2:04pm. It's not like a lunch or dinner rush. It just means that no one could be bothered to make stuff and have it waiting. I have found this to be an "overall" experience with most Little Caesars" lately. Everyone I've gone into. Nothing Hot-N-Ready in any of them. I only ever see 1-2 people working and am always waiting 15mins or more to get pizzas.Also, they are charging anywhere from $1.50-3.50 for a little (sometimes only 1/2 Full) container of marinara sauce. I order the Italian Cheese Breadsticks a lot, but who order's them WITHOUT GETTING MARINARA????Little Caesars as a WHOLE is going Down Fown Down.Domino's seems to be the only pizza chain that had their stuff together.However, I'll still pick Little Caesars over Pizza Hut or PappaJohns any day of the week. ALL Pizza Huts look dirty inside, have different prices if you order online, vs in the lobby, and their overall quality has taken a massive dive...

Tried calling from 5pm to 730 pm today to order dinner. No one is answering the phone for carryout orders and online orders are not possible. Calling corporate tomorrow about this. This is not good for the local manager and district manager, and the brand itself.

We came here today for pizza and crazy bread and left disappointed. The pizza was cooked but it wasnt as done as much as it should have been and the crazy bread was bland. There are other better little Caesar locations.

First of all Little Caesars is the lowest quality pizza out of all the pizza chains.Second and most important, this particular restaurant has the worst manager I have ever met.She is very rude with customers and even more so with people who are dashers.I have stopped going to this location completely, obviously the food isn't good, but mostly because of the manager.If you've been there, you probably know who I'm talking about, she's an African American woman with an accent.. she's the rudest of all.Stay away from Little Caesars on Englar road in Westminster!!

If they get your order wrong they will tell you to call back, not answer, then finally a little later when you do reach someone they are not interested in correcting the order. They finally did say bring your pizza in and we will make you a new one. So then why did I just spend $57 dollars and tip well for delivery? They raised their prices and now don't care. Use the hut, much nicer people.

Employees have a terrible attitude, ridiculous wait times for "hot and ready" pizza, delivery drivers only bring half your order. no one cares to make it right, just "not my problem" attitude all the way around.
