Refused a $100 gift card my wife and I got from our children for an anniversary gift because of changed ownership. If the name stays the same it should be honored. Terrible business move. Been a customer for 30 years and won't be returning.

pedro& omar the general managers are the reason that all of the original servers left and why the new service is no where like it used to be. if you want a great experience ask for aylin she is an amazing bartender and gives exceptional service!!!

Would not recommend coming here with a bigger party. We had a reservation for 10 at 7:30pm. Service was so slow and the server seemed annoyed with having a big table. It was about 20 minutes after being seated before we saw our server and got waters. We didn’t get our entrees until around 9pm. Just not a very good dining experience, such a difference from when we came last year and had great service. We won’t be returning.

We recently tried Paradiso, after hearing it was under new ownership, it use to be a great place, that is no longer the case. The service is horrible our waitress was clueless, she came back 3 times to ask what drink my sister in law had ordered. The food was horrible , tasteless and one of the dishes you could not tell that the shrimp were even shrimp they certainly didn't taste like it. The food was nothing like it use to be,the portions were small and the rest of the food was basically tasteless . There was 3 of us and we got exactly 3 pieces of bread not exactly generous for the cost of the food there. The atmosphere was very noisy we were on the first floor and the employees kept dropping dishes into the container near our booth very loudly. We definitely will not be back and I advise people to think carefully before you waste your money on a place that is no longer a nice restaurant. There are much better places in Westminster to go for decent food.

Went this past Easter Sunday.Table was dirty. Place didn't look very clean. Rating this based on prior experience from several years ago. Lasagna was unlike any I've ever had. One flat noodle with cheeses and sauce on top. Raviolis were undercooked. Had to ask for bread, twice. Server was nice but mediocre. Overpriced for the quality of food. Last experience (2 years ago) was that of fine Italian dining and this time it was not what we expected based menu and photos of food.

Fabulous dinner last night, I'm so happy we rediscovered this place! The eggplant Parmesan is on point, the best I have had in years. My spouse had the chicken Parm and even agreed that was the best meal we have had out in a very long time. We will be back! Also GiGi was a wonderful server, very attentive and friendly.

To start off, my friend has a $120 gift card that they will not honor because they switched owners! I understand you had a sign saying that after January 1st you would no longer accept gift cards, but why not? My friend doesn’t come regularly so she missed the allotted time. Second, they also switched who they purchase the Lemon Cake and Chocolate Cake from, not good at all! We got our dessert “to go” and the Lemon Cake was so small. For a local business, you would think they would want to keep customers coming back.

Beautiful restaurant. Hostess was friendly and sat us right away on a Friday night 6:40 pm. Restaurant was about 3/4 full. Hostess didn't tell us about any featured items of the evening. Server was friendly. Had no knowledge of the wines. Didn't recommend any drinks, appetizers or entrees. We ordered a few cocktails and the bruschetta. It was good. Tomatoes were a little too soft. I would have used more cheese and balsamic, but over all a good dish. My girlfriend had the shrimp fra diavolo. Has a mild spicy kick. I went with the chicken Parmesan. Both were excellent, but could have used a bit more pasta. I get food cost, but pasta isn't expensive. Server didn't bring bread until after we were half way done our meals and only because we requested it. Her reasoning is that we ordered appetizers. Over all a great night, but your hostess needs to mention features. Your server needs to learn to suggestively sell.

I haven't been here since before COVID and discovered I've been missing out.Our group dined upstairs. The food and service is outstanding. They even wrote separate checks for over 20 people. I'll give you a standing ovation for that one.Everything was PERFECT PARADISO!!!Thank you for making our McDaniel College Retiree's Christmas Luncheon a huge success.

For years my wife and I have been trying to fit Paradiso into our rotation of special occasion restaurants. That's what I always thought it was based on the menu and prices. Nope. Casual dining food (at fine dining prices), not prepared in a way that respects the product. Think mozzarella squares on clams casino. Another example in Westminster where all the pieces are there to put out really good food, and falling short. The service was slow, and a drink refill had to be requested twice. The second try was 20 minutes after the first. You were apparently out of martini glasses. HuhOne good thing came out of the meal. I'll be making a dill pickle soup. Great idea, but yours was a major disappointment.

I was kind of underwhelmed by Paradiso. Their menu looked fantastic and they make a good old fashioned. But the food just wasn’t worth the cost. I ordered the lasagna and expected a thick slice with a hearty marinara overtop but what I got was kind of mushy and the sauce was really runny. It just wasn’t worth $18.My wife loved her meal though, so at the end of the day, that was all that mattered.
