We used to order delivery from then until one day when looking at my bank statement, there were charges there when I didn't order. Then it looked like they were putting the money back and then taking it out again. I went to the bank and they gave me a print-out. Called them and told them I was calling the police if they didn't put the money back and they did. When I stopped by their location at a specific time the owner said they would be there, he never showed. The person at the desk told me that I wasn't the first one to complain. BE VERY CAREFUL. I WOULD USE SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE THEY TRY TO ROB YOU.

I used to really enjoy Pizzabolis and would order from them at least twice a week, but recently customer service has really gone downhill. The last time I ordered, I asked the person taking my order to add a 20% tip for the driver. When he arrived, they hadn't added any tip, and the driver was angry. Thankfully, I had cash. Tonight I ordered, and the person taking my order added a 40% tip without my authorization. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that the new policy is that everyone pays a $10 tip no matter if they order $5 or $200 worth of food. This is ridiculous, and to do this without telling someone is illegal. I'd also hate to be the driver who delivered a $200 order and only got a $10 tip! I told the manager that I'm a 20% tipper, which is the standard and he told me to find another place to order from in the future. Ok then...

I always gave them good reviews because the food is so good an the delivery drivers are awesome. Now that their whole account got hacked an I tried so many time to get my money back over $400.00 they refuse to do that even though the manager Dan said he has faith in the company and I should get my money back because everybody else received their money but more phone calls later the owner refused to give me it back. Give me my money or I'm gonna post a bad review everyday

Initially when I ordered from them over six months ago, the food was prepared well and delivery was fast. Then the quality of the food started going downhill. You would ask for something specifically done and it would it not come that way. If you called about it, they were unresponsive. Then recently I received a credit in May for both purchases from last March! I called the bank who checked and was told that this was accurate. Two days later they submitted the same invoices to be charged again and then two days later, they were charged again. I went to the bank for a readout of the activity and it was clearly coming from them. The bank advised that I go to their place of business and show the Manager who was not interested in dealing with it. The bank had to take the money bank and I will have to get a new card so this doesn't happen again. Obviously I will never use them again.

Very pleased! I only ordered a personal tuna salad but it was delicious, the ingredients were plentiful and fresh, lots of everything and it arrived in less than half the estimated time. Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered tonight for the first time from this location. A buffalo wrap, or taco as it came. Ordered a wheat wrap, got white, asked for blue cheese and extra blue cheese crumbles on the side, didnt get either at all, and my wrap wasnt wrapped, so little that when I opened the foil it fell in my lap--at work--in the middle of my shift. Not good at all. So much sauce everywhere! Maybe they thought I didnt want the blue cheese, but extra buffalo sauce? Hmmm...either way I'd give less stars but the delivery was kind of quick for covid timing.
