Dined in at 1 pm on a Friday for lunch and we were the only ones there. What a shame because the pizza was excellent! the waitress was awesome!I had a personal pan pizza with 2 toppings and a soda and it was $11.00! A great lunch for a great price. With so many choices for pizza these days I still love the hut!

Went for lunch on a Friday. We were the only ones there and the tables weren’t cleaned. The atmosphere just seemed cold and the dining area was dirty. The only employee was very friendly and the food was decent. Cups given to us for our sodas were dirty though.

First time we've gone in a while. The place was empty. No servers in the dining room. You had to order at carry out. The heat was broke and it was beyond freezing there so we decided to get it to go. It took a few minutes for the worker to realize we were at the counter. She was very nice though. The food was good but not as good as it once was. Sad to see a great chain be mismanaged.

It has been hit or miss recently. We ordered a big box deal with three pizzas yesterday.. Two were cooked fine, one a little undercooked..not a big deal. However, Ordered a medium pizza separately and it tasted off. The crust was very yeasty and left a bad taste in your mouth, like it was starting to go bad. One other time we got cheese that was definitely past its expiration date.

The Big New Yorker should be renamed "The Big Bamboozle". I ordered one of the New Yorkers tonight with extra cheese for $3.00 extra and did not receive extra cheese. The pizza also looked, felt, and tasted like it was made prior, and then reheated. If your looking to spend your hard earned money on Pizza, look elsewhere. I've had pizza from every pizza joint in town, and this is by far the worst.

I've been a long time patron of here and I've seen this place fall on hard times. I could always give credit to the staff though. My most recent visit was extremely disappointing though not because of the staff but because of how the restaurant is operating. Order at the counter, seat yourself it's a big sign you have as you walk in. Again I don't fault the staff but the atmosphere was frigid and stale, the food was still good and the staff member very professional but the atmosphere was very sad

This Pizza Hut had great pizza . The day we were there they were short handed but it definitely had no effect on the pizza cause it was delicious !

visited the pizza hut in Westminster maryland . a few weeks ago and ordered a large pizza and 2 pepsis the total came to over 33. 00 the lady at the carry out counter took the order and said she would bring it to the table when ready. we sat down and noticed no one else was dining there. thought that was strange too. but I never had a 30.00 pizza before. I don't know what happened to Pizza Hut. but I don't think I will be going back there again anytime soon.

Salad was missing the cheddar cheese, cucumbers and croutons. In place I got pizza shaker cheese.Received the wrong 2 liter soda and the pizza had some slices cut super small and others cut like double slices…. Not worth $35 that’s for sure. Very disappointed.
