Placed a mobile order and walked to the counter at the front of the restaurant. After a minute or two the cashier asked me did you place a order? To which I politely responded yes I placed a mobile order. Then she says to me nasty well you have to let someone know how are we supposed to know you placed an order? Then snickers at me. Firstly there was no reason at all for the attitude considering I didn't give her any. Secondly why else would I be standing at the front counter? If I hadn't already placed a mobile order I would have just walked out after her talking to me like that. I've visted other Popeyes locations and placed mobile orders and it's never been a issue before. Normally you walk in and the cashier asks if they can help you. I guess here if you place a mobile order make sure you scream it as soon as you walk into the door otherwise you might upset the cashier.

Our food was purchased using the online app and picked up through the drive-through. I asked for spicy chicken, but when we got home I discovered it was the original instead and other items were missing. I probably should have looked at the food before driving away.Westminster Popeyes needs to train their employees to pay attention! People are broke these days. We can't afford to waste money nor be expected to do your job for you.

It was good. Fast food is just what it is, you know. I will say the Swiss and bacon chicken sandwich was extremely crispy and fresh. That took me by surprise. The fries were good and the spices were yummy. I'd definitely visit again in the future.
We tried out their nuggets and have a new favorite menu item! They're so flaky and crispy and actually meaty (it's not just all breading!). Sauces are great too. They come in a 24 count and 36 count, but the 24 is more than enough to split with someone else and share an order of fries to make two meals out of one.

Poor service, I waited for 15 minutes for them to cook spicy breasts and then when I got my food. No spicy breast was in the box. Lucky I opened it inside the store. The employee who boxed it said nothing hoping I would just leave. Then they wouldn't answer the phone.. Anyway..He said oh we ran out of spicy..Sad state of management and owners once again..Look at the meat sizes and the crazy way they cut the meat. Giving you less meat and you pay more for getting less!The red beans and rice was only 2/3 full as well and I paid for 2 containers and both were this way..
