Went to the Timonium Taco and Tequila festival and I was sitting in line to get some tacos, when I spied a food truck right next to it with only a few people in line.I decided that since there aren't many people in line, I would be able to try it out and get back in the other line I was sitting in. When I approached the food truck, everyone was very friendly, I saw their menu and what I saw was a nice assortment of BBQ and other good cuisine that I usually love.I ordered the Brisket Tacos and Brisket queso fries and I was transported. The taco was amazing and the brisket fries were out of this world. Add a few margaritas to the mix and you are on your way to fun town.Thank you Smokin Roche's BBQ, I'll definitely try coming back to try your food again.

Had the smash burger today. Killer! Crunchy, smoky, juicy flavor explosion. Didn't even need any toppings. The owner said this was their first time in Anne Arundel County, here's hoping they make it back more often! Looking forward to trying the chicken sausage and corn pudding next time.

Best BBQ in town by far!! I ordered the wagyu burger with bacon and was full for the next 8 hours!! Mouthwatering and delicious!! The owner, Brian, is an incredibly down to earth guy who loves to express how thankful he is for his customer’s business! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Raw smashburger! My burger was Raw.Idk how else to say it. I waited over 70 minutes for my food.There was no line when I ordered and I was not told there was even a wait.Poor customer service and the staff were constantly yelling at each other with the window closed. (Apparently thinking that anyone outside couldn’t hear through the thin walls.)My the time I got my food I just drive home, then found out my burger was raw. Honestly too scared to contact the restaurant at the time because I didn’t want to get yelled at.There are no excuses for raw food. Calling the health department…

I had them cater my dad's celebration of life and the brisket and pulled pork was absolutely phenomenal and the brisket melted in my mouth. The Mac and cheese was decadent and the mixed veggies and coleslaw were out of this world as well. Their own homemade sausage is next level and whatever specials they have are definitely worth the try. Thank you so much for this delectable food.
