***Please read through recent reviews before stopping here. I would have avoided this place had I read through them all prior to coming in.I was super excited to see this location while we were in the area for an event. Ours down in Waldorf is disappointing and as a result we hardly ever go. This location wasn't much better. First, the stalls are closed. But you only know after waiting at one to be told. It would be just as easy to run something over the entrances to avoid this in the future. As I'm looking through other reviews I can see this has been a long-term issue that has yet to be resolved. So it appears the owner and/or management clearly does not care about actual feedback and is only concerned with outward appearances, which leads me to wonder about the cleanliness of the establishment. Something I wish I'd checked into before pulling in. Second, the person taking the orders is somewhat unprofessional. Interrupting to ask "Uh wait, what size did you say?" It seemed as though his attention was on something else while taking or order. He then called my husband "man" a few times at the window.On to the food. The tots weren't fresh, mozzarella sticks were dry and also not fresh, and the cheddar peppers didn't taste good.Now for the good stuff. The service was fast once we got into the line and they made the vanilla & cream cokes correctly the first time.We pulled through at 3pm on Saturday.

I have loved Sonic since the 70s! The food prices are way too high for the taste, size and the unbelievably long wait for service.. The owner of this location is priced things more than Hanover or Baltimore.. Also not enough staff. But you need to price items so people can afford to come, so you can hire more people..

Don’t bother placing a mobile order or pulling into a stall- they won’t come outside! Twice now I’ve just sat there waiting for my order and they get on the speaker and ask you to use the drive thru. Waste of my time.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Upon our arrival we entered an ordering stall, the stall was not functioning. We then tried another stall, we press the red button for service and waited 10 minutes to no avail, we questioned our choice of eating here at this point. We parked the car and decided to enter the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant was empty and only one car in the drive thru. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone attended to us. Every table inside the restaurant was dirty and the establishment smelled like wet mop. I could see employees sitting in the back of the kitchen looking at me and my family through the kitchen equipment. Finally Katelynn approached us with NO GREETING, and immediatley said what can I get you with a delivery of annoyance. We ordered against my better judgment and sat and waited for our food. Jordan placed our food on the table, to which I replied Thank you. He walked away without saying a word or acknowledging us!!!!! I took 2 bites of my burger and it was chewy, I immediately felt nauseated. I opened my burger to find that the cheese was dried up and the burger was tough as if it was sitting there for hours. I approached Katelynn and requested a refund on my burger. I showed her the burger and explained to her how the burger was old and the cheese was dried out, she began to tell me that is how it was supposed to look. She stated that they place the cheese on the burger and it melts to look that way, I shook my head in disbelief of her justification and again requested a refund. To her dismay she rudely requested my receipt and went on to process my refund. I felt ill for the remainder of the night with the sensation of the need to vomit. Horrific experience from beginning to end. The Health Department should visit this facility frequently and immediately.

Only giving 1 star because I can't do negative stars, this place gives sonic a terrible reputation. The food taste like trash. They didn't even mix the M&M's in the blast(how lazy). I really feel like this place has poor management and no discipline. Cooperate should fire everyone here and start over... the tables inside are dirty, again how lazy can you be? When the health department shows up this location will be closed.

What’s the first thing you think of when you think sonic? The delivery of food from someone on skates right? Well every time I’ve came the stalls were closed down completely. I was told to use the drive through so once I did and I ordered one drink. I was in the drive through for 20 min before I drove away. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to my slushee drink.

First time I went was a while ago. I got door dash and I arrived to pick it up, went inside and waited. Several people looked at me and ignored me. I had to get my mom to help me because I’m an anxious person. Doordash said my order was 100% complete before I’d even got there but they didn’t have my smoothies ready. I just got home from my second time there where i went in and ordered. Once again, i waited for someone. When the guy came up, all he did was stare at me and i was unsure if he was busy or waiting for me to order because he said absolutely nothing.The food was fine, it had nothing wrong with it. It was mainly the wait, how rude people were, and how unaware of my order they were the first time.

No service at the pull-in stations, so I used the drive through and couldn't hear the cashier at all. No hello or thank you at the window, just a bunch of handmade signs telling you what not to do.Not even the limeade made this place redeemable.

The drive up experience has gone down tremendously since Sonic opened in Maryland. 50% of the time the drive up stalls are closed due to insufficient staffing which makes using the mobile app impossible as you can choose drive thru as a pickup option.The food quality had diminished over the years.
