This is a cute and cozy hole in the wall Thai restaurant. We went here for lunch and I got the Red Curry beef and my friend got the Drunken noodles with beef. The curry was so delicious and came out steaming hot with lots of delicious vegetables. Next time I will try to order it Thai spice level. The Thai iced tea was good but didn't have milk in it. My friend said she wished the drunken noodles dish would have been bigger. Noodles are gluten free. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the food here and it's great to find healthy choices to eat in Westminster. Plus, the service was so friendly! I will definitely come back.I will update with food photos next time I'm by.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices and clearly labeled.Dietary restrictions: Good for Gluten free and vegetarian.Parking: Lots of different lots around here to park as well as metered street parking. Free parking on weekends.

Unimpressed both times we tried this place however, the second time was especially bad. We specified that there was a severe food allergy in our party and they said they could accommodate. However, the food arrived and the dish contained the food!! We told them and the waiter shrugged it off saying they forgot to write it down. That alone made us almost leave since food allergies are nothing to be nonchalant about. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing to write home about and the place up the road is better. Then they overcharged us and the waiter once again shrugged it off saying it was correct until we insisted he look closer and then he realized he had overcharged us. Honestly, for there being direct competition at another Thai place less than half a mile away, you would think they would try harder and do better.

I've had lots of Thai food living over there for 2 years so I know delicious and authentic, this restaurant has it. Also speaking to the owner and chef, he's very friendly like 95% of Thais I've met. I recommend pumpkin curry puffs, khao soi and pad pongaree, here.

Food excellent quality.I wish they were consistent with their store, timings their opening and closing timings.what is kind of going a little south is managing and talking orders otherwise the food quality has been amazing for last two years and my main go to food for me is Panag Curry and Green Curry. and the rolls are also excellent and the price point is perfect but I just wish that they can sustain the store with the right timing and make sure that it’s available to be ordered or dine in Pretty regularlyVegetarian options: Everything can be veg madeDietary restrictions: They take care to cooks differ protein in cleaner pans.

Ordered beef fried rice to go. It was ready when promised. Nothing in the bowl was fried. It was steamed. Rice was sticky. Not much beef. A bit pricey for the portion, too. Won't eat hear again.

My husband and I went for a second time to this amazing little restaurant. They have a lunch menu for 10.99 but we opted for the full menu item. I had a deep fried boneless fish(flounder) with a wonderfully spicy sauce with vegetables and a mound of perfect steamed rice. My husband had deep fried soft crab with another spicy sauce and rice and vegetables. Tim does the cooking and these dishes were the best imaginable. Tim greets his customers. He also travels periodically to Thailand to see what is "new". This restaurant, though very simple in design is absolutely amazing

Small place but always on par with their food. I have been going here for years and nothing has changed but the date. Food is always delicious and I'm glad they're still around.

Sooooooo good. The thom kha gai changed my life, best soup I've EVER had. Ever. So creamy and flavorful. The chicken pad thai was also super, super good. Probably the best pad thai I've had. I also had the spring rolls, and while I didn't particularly care for the amount of basil and mint in them, I'm a white girl and have no business judging Thai cuisine. Eat here!!

I’ve been eating here for 16 years. The food is good (although lately the quality has been dropping) and the menu has variety. That stated, they are extremely rude and unapologetic. In the past year I have had numerous negative experiences with Tim Thai. On one occasion they left something out of my to-go order, which wasn’t discovered until at home. I tried to call to address it, but no one answered the phone. By the time I drove back to the restaurant they were already closed. Another time I was chastised because I ordered lunch online through their website at 3pm and apparently lunch ends at 3pm. If that is the case, set up your website to deactivate that option instead of putting the blame on the customer and lecturing. Yet another time, I ordered carry out and when I arrived to pick it up they hadn’t even began the order. No apology. I ordered today from their lunch menu and their website advertises that the lunch specials includes a soup or salad and a spring roll. When I went to pick my order up there was no spring roll. They claimed they no longer do that and refused to give me one. I had already paid for my order and payment should reflect what is promised. If that is no longer offered the website should be updated to reflect this and the restaurants should have made amends by providing the spring roll as it is their mistake and not mine. They also need to update the prices on their website as those are also incorrect and less than what is being charged. Ying Thai’s food is just as good, if not better, and their customer service is far superior. As such, I will go there instead from here on out.
