Pearl the employee has always been an awesome person, holds conversation woth you and makes a killer sandwich, Robert the owner has always been friendly and always treats me good.Never had bad service.
Coffee was cold, pretzels were cold and stale, mini hot dogs were cold and stale. I will not recommend this place, ever! If you want better pretzels go to auntie Anne’s.

Stopped here a few days ago when taking a break from shopping. My little one and I shared the “mini doggies” and they were delish. My toddler’s a pretty picky eater and he LOVED them as well. Win!!The employees were friendly. Definitely will stop back again when back in the area/the Westminster mall! ??

these guys are the best in Westminster for wings and pretzels. very professional in customer service food is excellent and great location for a shop in a deadmans mall. keep up the great work u guys i will be back

i love twisted. their pretzels are so fluffy and scrumdiddlyumtious. thank god for twisted pretzels for getting me through my shopping trips at westminster town mall.

The crab pretzel was one of the most disgusting things I've ever ate. It might actually be the worst. The pretzel was over cooked and hard as a rock, the crab dip was mediocre and they poured way too much seasoning on top of it all.I'd suggest avoiding it unless you like wasting about $15.

The pretzels were great, but the service was excellent too. The young lady working today was great with kids who wanted to watch her roll out the pretzels. She was extremely friendly and I would go there again if she was working for great service.
