I LOVEEEEEE HOW YOU GUYS TRIED TO DELETE THE REVIEW I LEFT LAST NIGHT THINKING I WONT POST IT AGAIN AND AGAIN EVERY SINGLE DAY LOLLLLLL CLEARLY YOU AREN’T SMART THATS WHY YOU WORK AT IHOP LOLLLLLLPiss poor service. Janelle the part time waitress took 5 minutes at the register looking me up and down before acknowledging my presence… she then called to her boss Fernando who was a flaming… you know what.. he then STARTED preparing my order even tho I had already ordered and PAID for my food in advance, 30 minutes prior. On my way out I notice he had not given me ANY syrup at all… I asked politely for a few packets and he rolled his eyes, mumbled something to her in Spanish and then said I had to pay for it (even tho I had already paid). He quickly scurried off into the back. When I tried to pay with the loose change I had on me in my wallet Janelle told me they couldn’t take it, “You guys don’t take cash?” I asked, to which she replied “We take cash, not coins.” I’m sure the American currency must’ve confused her so I asked if I could pay with my card, making my third attempt at paying for what I again, had already paid for. I wanna know does the International House of Pancakes at large condone this behavior and treatment of patrons? I shutter to believe it was racially motivated however I struggle to find any other reason two employees would conspire not to give out one or two syrup packs. Do the syrup packs come out their checks? I’d love a follow up on this and will continue to pursue an explanation…

I went to this restaurant for breakfast. It wasn't super crowded but busy. I was seated, and after 20 minutes, no one asked for my drink order or came for my table. Two tables that came in after me ordered and received their drink orders. Many staff looked at me, but none ever came. It wasn't until I walked out and handed my menu to someone that they tried to take my order for my drink and offer service. I ended up going to another restaurant and now know that this location will never be an option going forward.

Food came in a timely manner....establishment was clean.....silverware was "spotty".....everyone was courteous and friendlyParking: There's metered parking at front/side of the restaurant....didn't survey the entire area.....but....I'm assuming that it's the same all around.

I was borderline assaulted by this store manager. I was in the area and this store manager would not believe me when I told him I preferred to go around the store rather than the ramp. He continued to harass me and puffed his chest accusing me of loitering when I had just arrived at the location. I would have gotten the cops involved and confronted myself however it was 10pm at night and I prefer to avoid the additional stress of a court dispute. When I asked him if that’s how managers act he responded “this one does!” Basically. He was so unbelievably unprofessional. In the past he seemed professional but that night he seemed to be taking a personal matter in my his own hands I don’t know why or he just assumed I was loitering and possibly racially profiled me. Idc if we’re the same culture that never stopped anyone from being racist. It happens more often than you think. Just some people choose to ignore it.Please report this man,he acted like a tyrant that night. I was going to have a friendly late night dinner with my friend and j had to cancel it because I didn’t feel safe around him or the establishment. Again I could have easily confronted him and fixed his problem but I know how corrupted the system is so made a formal complaint instead. He should not be allowed to exercise his role as store manager. He is a middle eastern looking hispanic man about 5’11 with a beard long face chubby/fat tan/olive skin. Thank you

We all love IHOP. Their food is great. I went to this location after a 16-hour shift hungry and tired. The gentleman up front, Fernando, was so rude and unwelcoming, I felt like I went to someone's house uninvited. Instead of responding hello to my greeting he yelled at me that I need to wait. What to say hello.... I decided to let that go and just order my food to go... then he continued by snatching my card from my hands and talking to me very rude.... Good service is much better than good food. I'm not going back there ever again because of his rudeness and bad customer service.
