When I attempted to order a sub in person, none of the staff members seemed interested in taking my order. No one asked me to hold on or even acknowledge I existed. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere where they want to serve their customers.

Every time I come here I be wishing the girl behind the counter is not there. I actually gave this store another try the other day and regret it. She makes your sandwiches in a rush and it seems like she don't want to be there. Her customer service is poooooor! You get home with your food and basically have to put it back together. The guy in front of me sandwich was just thrown in the paper, not wrapped at all.

I’ve gone here (both in-store and ordered delivery through their app) probably 50 times and the in-store experience is very good and food top quality.The delivery experience is awful. We’ve ordered delivery through their app probably 25 times and they have rarely gotten our orders correct and seem like they don’t read the actual order tickets. We are amazed how often it is incorrect. Wrong toppings; NEVER give you extra sauces if you ask for it. NEVER. Unless it’s “Mike’s Way” they will likely get it completely wrong - add things that aren’t supposed to be on and forget things that you asked for.As a result, we’re looking for a new shop and taking our delivery business elsewhere. It’s unfortunate they can’t get delivery orders right as they will lose a substantial amount of revenue.Again great food and in-store experience but they cannot get orders correct for delivery.

I ordered via the Jersey Mikes app 4 subs. You know that’s not cheap. The third party they hired never delivered my 4 subs. The so called manager was arguing with me very combative and nonchalant as if I have money to waste. PickYour order up in person because the store will not rectify the situation, apologize or be accountable for dropping the ball. Now my children are hungry and I’m out of 70 dollars in this economy. I will never spend another dime here.

I was very displeased with the service here. The worker on duty was very fast moving and he barely retained any information I spoke to him. I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC to tomatoes and the fact that I told this to the workers 10 TIMES and still somehow manages to get tomatoes in my sandwich is very disrespectful. It’s unprofessional and just downright rude. I felt like I was rushed out the restaurant definitely getting my money back…. Another note was the the sandwiches were very sloppy and they messed up another way but forgetting one of my subs. I ordered 6 subs and they messed up two of them and didn’t make me one. So one of my family members had to be hungry for awhile. And on top of that the meat was barely cooked so none of us could even enjoy the subs!!!!! Come here if you want bad food and food poisoning

If possible I would give this jersey Mike’s sub shop a zero 0 stars. As I entered the store. I was the only customer at the counter at this time. Give or take there were two employees standing in the front look like they could have been online orders. There were three other employees in the back near the grill. So one of them asked what was I having. And I stated a Philly chicken steak. He then asked what would I like on it and I told him. He then proceeded to pass my ticket to another guy. They then went so far as to discuss how the guy that originally took my order spelled my name wrong . Then the young lady started to go into a full engaged conversation on how to fix the sandwich. In which the other young man had already put the onions and meat on the grill to start grilling. And she handling the bread and putting the toppings on the bread and they are just continuing on to engage into a full conversation. Another customer had came into the store ordered paid and left, I’m still standing their at this time still waiting. And the employee at the front that was running the cash register was looking like what the hell is taking them so long. So I then asked the young man that was running the cash register. If he could tell the young lady to pass me my sandwich. Because at that time she was acting as if she was rolling the sandwich up in the bag. I’m requesting that a general manager or district manager would look into this matter. And rewinding the store camera. It took them about 15- 20minutes to fix a sandwich with 2 employees. With no one else in the store but myself. And no the other young man was not in training. Just completely unacceptable., poor customer services..

David is the man! He deserves a raise! Greeted promptly as I entered, there were a little busy which isn't a problem when he said we'll be right with you instead of just ignoring me. David knows customer service and is an asset to this location! If you read this and go in tell him you read this 5star review that wouldn't have happened if weren't for him. Food was hot and ready quickly which is what I've come to expect every time I come!

Terrible experience. I gave my name, showed him my phone and dude did nothing but tell me I was at the wrong place. After serving two other people he finally woke up and asked someone about my sub after ten minutes. I wasted $23 dollars on a joke of a cold sub. Awful service and would never recommend this location.
