Excellent friendly service, very accommodating to late arriving guests near closing time...they kept kitchen open for our togo order past 8pm...Clean spacious restaurant with good ambiance...hence I gave 1 additional star...pho was good especially on raining Wednesday night...fried rice (no wok flavor, kinda bland)...bbh (no lemon grass taste at all, used sliced meat from pho no other ingredients that real bbh should have)...caramelized fish (just taste soy sauce)...banh mi was skimpy on the meat... Just come here for pho, don't come hungry because the large is a small at other places...

I stopped by Pho & Banh Mi Saigonese because my other lunch plans fell through. For my dining pleasure, I had the Fried Imperial Rolls and Tái*, Nạm, Gầu, Gân, Sách pho. While the food wasn't bad, it wasn't great. I thought the fried rolls were a bit too greasy and the pork was really gummy. The pho was a bit better, but it just didn't hit the spot. Unfortunately, I cannot put my finger on it, but there was a certain essence that was lacking in the pho. Also, I thought the pho could have had a bit more noodles. While this spot was not bad, I probably would not go out of my way because there are a couple of other better pho spots in the area. Random (slight) annoyance. One thing that gets under my skin is places that give you only ONE napkin. C'mon, I'm eating a large bowl of soup. Could I have at least three napkins? After requesting more napkins, the guy at the counter gave me ONE extra napkin. Hey, I guess one extra napkin is better than none.

Excellent and friendly customer service with delicous fresh pho. I stumbled upon this little place randomly as I like to explore little side streets. Their location is near the Wheaton Metro. A very cold day arrived and I didn't want to cook so enter Pho cravings. They did not disappoint and were extremely willing to accomodate me as I literally came in about 5 minutes before closing. Brought the pho home and it was delicious. I followed the recommendations of other reviews and ordered: Saigonese Golden Crepe - Banh Xeo Hue Spicy Lemon Grass Beef Soup - Bun Bo Hue Fried Imperial Rolls Pho Tái*, Gầu . slices of eye-of-round steak and fat brisket Everything was delicious (especially the crepe...though it is big). Will definitely be back to try the Bahn Mi and other non-Pho items.

Their Super Bowl is a rip off. I kept asking what’s the difference. Large and Super Bowl is 5$ difference but they say they give more but this is more. Never going there again.FYI Super Bowl is same as large. Tiny bag. Box has half noodles. Do y get ripped off. So many others nearby.

the worse Vietnamese restaurant I've ever eaten at. over price for the quality and tastes of the dishes. not authentic. I hope people doesn't think this is how Vietnamese food tastes. you're better off going to Eden or anywhere else. They can't even make a decent banh mi (which is support to be their specializes, since it's in the name of the restaurant). If I have the option to give zero star. I would.

Great Pho!!! It's delicious, the broth on its own is amazing, and the portions are fair! I ate it all up!

Great place for a casual lunch. The quality of ingredients (esp meat in vermicelli and pho; have not tried the banh mi) was good and everything seemed fresh and well prepared. I liked the spring rolls. Prices are very reasonable. Prompt, friendly service.

Food is very good. Service was a little slow but the server was very friendly. We had Pork Bun Vermicelli bowl and a banh mi. Both very good. The eggrolls were crisp and fresh. Nice local spot in Wheaton.

Clean restaurant, slow service, and pho soup base lacks flavor. Soup base should have cinnamon, star anise, cardamon, and other essential ingredients. The broth tasted thin and lacked some meaty flavor. The noodles used were also not the normal vietnamese rice noodles expected or of lower quality. The vegetables were fresh.Vietnamese coffee was decent. Location is in a decent part of Wheaton. Previous high reviews not deserved. Not horrible or mean service, just the food was subpar for the high amount of reviews given.Restaurant Recommendation: Do not substitute good quality ingredients, retrain staff, and work on the soup base.

This was my first time there, the food was so good! I ordered a gilled chicken banh mi, iced Vietnamese iced coffee, and bread rolls to go because I heard they make their bread fresh everyday … delicious! Had to order my boyfriend one when he got home. The chicken was lemony and seasoned perfectly. The only reason I gave the food a 4 because I wish there was more chicken in the sandwich, other wise I will be back. Also, the iced coffee was delicious and strong. If you do not like super strong coffee I would suggest you let them know beforehand.Overall, I would say this is a hidden gem in Wheaton. ?Parking: There are 3 paid parking lots close by and paid street parking available too.
