This place has been open for decades and was my go to growing up. Ever since I moved to California I made a point to visit them every time I'm in town. I stopped by yesterday for a bowl on a cold and rainy day and the pho did not disappoint. What disappoints was the customer service. The Spanish waitress was not friendly and unapologetic when she spill a full cup of ice on our table. She didn't bother to come back to clean it. Horrible experience. Unfortunately our normal place was closed but we were craving noodles so decided to try. The restaurant ambiance is blah at best and not very welcoming. Placed an order for three items. The two soups arrived quickly and were good. It was not until 20.minutes later we were informed that the third item, pad Thai, was not available yet despite being on menu. One round of drinks and never refilled.We will never return.Parking: Tough to find a spot. Very limited

So I visited here last night and have been a frequent customer plenty of times, but this Spanish lady has a terrible attitude and doesn’t deserve to work here. She is absolutely rude and was disrespectful to my son, she brought over our food and as my son thanked her, she just turned her back and walked off!! 0 customer service skills and lacks service, and you guys charge a service fee!????
