The owner of this establishment takes advantage of the online order. She does not put in the 2X cheese, which means double the cheese. And skimpy on a napkin. Even if you tip. She doesn't care about the customer.

I always order to carry out. When the employees prepare my subs everything is fine. And I always tip $2. This time, what I believe to be the owner of the establishment, was making my sub. She made my sub without 2X the cheese. On all my subs. And they were not toasted. And she did not give us a napkin. Taking advantage of the customer when they are not there to see how their sub is made is reprehensible. That is stealing.

I was just charged $20 for two 6 inches bread with the same meat but the lady said they charged me that because it’s two different breads like I used to work at subway and that has never being the case and the customer service? Is the worst this is my third time coming to this location and the lady is trynna be smart with me I’m never going back I totally don’t recommend it it’s the worst
