Unfortunately all too common in delivery, but this Taco Bell regularly forgets items in Uber delivery orders.Just order and they forgot a quesadilla and a burrito. It’s on the order and the ticket. Hard to imagine how they frequently cannot fulfill orders accurately.Will not be ordering delivery from this Taco Bell and would recommend that other potential customers weigh the cost-benefit of ordering from here.Yes it’s Taco Bell and you’re hungry but you’ll be pretty annoyed when they forget half your order.

Solid Taco Bell, no complaints! Drive thru was fast, but I was there around 8pm so there was no dinner rush. Staff were quick and kind

Gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t issue a refund over the phone. Combative about it despite admitting that they have an issue with their computers and the cashier has been having to tell the order to the back and she forgot to for mine.

I went inside to order my meal and stood at the cashier for 10 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. The drive thru window person acted like I wasn't even there. I just left. Don't go to this Taco bell if you want service.

THE WORST TACO BELL I'VE EVER VISITED. TACO'S ARE TYPICAL SOGGY AND MANAGEMENT IS TOO. THEY COMPLETELY MESSED MY ORDER UP - OF COURSE I TAKE IT BACK FOR THEM TO REMAKE THE ORDER. THERE WAS NO EMPATHY OR ANY REMORSE FOR MY TIME WASTED OR TROUBLES. NO APOLOGY.....NOTHING...... ALSO THEY MAKE YOU WAIT BEFORE APPROACHING THE WINDOW SO THEIR DRIVE-THRU TIME WAIT TIME IS NOT AFFECTED, NEXT TIME I WILL NOT WAIT, I'M PULLING RIGHT UP TO THE WINDOW......PLEASE SCREEN YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE HIRING THEM CAUSE THE TEAM YOU HAVE IN PLACE AS OF 4/4/2023 AT 10:30 PM EST IS NOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Combined Taco Bell/KFC. Every time I've been the restaurant area has been clean and not super busy. Drive through service is prompt. The one thing I don't like is that the hot sauce packets are not freely available in the dining room. You have to ask for them when you order, and last time they only gave me four pitems. for three items. Note: they do a good job of advertising the vegetarian options and the prices are very good, especially for dollar-menu type offerings.

Beware of pre-made tacos that are sitting under a warmer for hours. Ask for freshly made tacos or you will get soggy shells and wilted lettuce. Also, they will ask you to pull forward as if your food will take time to be prepared, then bring the food out immediately. This doesn't make sense when the drive-through line is empty and the restaurant has no customers. Something fishy is going on.

Just left this drive thru and it was the worst experience ever. If you have a comment to say about a customer make sure your headset is off, especially if your customer is bilingual and understand Spanish, also if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. Be polite. Work on your customer service. This place needs training.
