They sometimes make the sandwich good and sometimes they don't. I’ve ordered here many times, but 25% of the time they get something wrong with my order or something’s missing. Overall, I love coming here.

I went there today with my daughters and asked for a refill on a drink the lady gave my 7yr old an attitude told her no. When i went back to ask myself she had the same attitude so i paid for it. But i would not spend my money in here anymore the lady name Brenda was very rude.Replying to your response i would of accepted your sincere apology up until the refill part. Not only was she rude now also a liar. Its clear that u have cameras u can look and see and count the refills she gave my daughter 1 which my toddler spilled i explained that to her. Now for her to say 3 was already given that’s absolutely a lie..smh now u can search your camera and see for yourself. Also as an employee my self i work with people you just dont give attitudes about a child asking you for a refill even when i went she had an attitude the refill part was not what bothered me because i understand business have policies. Its just how you talk to the customers .

When I went to the mall, I they were handing out samples of the chicken California sub and I really liked it so I decided to order it. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted it like the sample. What I meant by this was that I wanted the same toppings that were in the sample. She gave me a weird look and started cutting it the way they cut the samples. Initially, I was annoyed by this because I thought it was obvious what I meant by “I want it like the sample”. But after eating it cut up like that, I actually enjoyed it. It’s a lot less messy because you just pop one square into your mouth at a time. Anyways, the sub was very good and I highly recommend it.

I asked Alexa about cheesesteak places and it told me that Philly Cheesesteaks are the main contributor to heart disease for overweight people in Philadelphia. Okay Alexa... damn.... While I won't say it's better than the cheesesteaks I used to get down in South Street, Philly, I will give it points for using cheese wiz, and with gas prices the way they are right now, I can't afford to drive down to PA just for cheesesteaks anymore.... So... close enough. Now Yelp wants me to consider the ambiance with this place, but it's in the middle of a mall food court, and I guess you can take a love interest here if your either setting the bar super low, or I dunno... last time I been on a day was early 2000s... so I'm probably not the person to ask.
Always a classic sub place. I usually get the chicken Philly with fries. If you don't eat a whole lot get the small. Ate here over 50 times, never disappointed. Not 5 star gourmet food but definitely good decent made to order subs and fries.

I recently ordered delivery from the location in Wheaton Mall. I had a regular Chicken Philly combo with fries and a lemonade. It arrived hot and I was pleased/satisfied with all items. My only gripe would be the portion size of the fries that came with my combo. They managed to get the Chicken Philly AND the fries all in one box so there wasn't much room for the fries. I also order takeout from Charley's when I'm out and not feeling lazy because the app has a rewards program and special offers like free drinks and fries but you can't use this if you're ordering delivery through a third party like UberEats. Delivery or takeout is always good!

Budget worthy cheesesteaks. Just grab and go while shopping in the mall. These franchises are available in every mall in the DMV area and the quality of meat used is good.
