We got the "wing and chip platter" and paid $34 for large fries and 24 of the most pathetic "wings" we have ever seen. Every wing was as small and meatless as the ones in my photos (I used a nickel for scale because a quarter was too big). How young were these chickens? A week old?? For a place that's main thing is chicken you would think the wings would be better. Fries were fine but still not worth the price.

I love Nando's. This is a review for eating in on a very slow, un-crowded Friday night: I came here with some friends, all of us somewhat slow eaters. We shared several sides and main dishes. The food was excellent, and at the beginning service was great too. But then the staff kept asking "is everything ok" every 2 minutes for over an hour, requiring verbal affirmation, and being pushy about taking away unfinished plates of food, etc. I suspect they were being told to do so by management because it was a rotating set of 2-3 young bussers all "checking in" with alarming regularity and had to be told verbally not to take things away or that they could leave. It felt like they wanted us out even though the restaurant was never more than 1/2 full. There's a difference between being "attentive" and being overbearing.

Food ok, staff is very inept at this location. Very slow, soda stations not replenished with cutlery, drink lids, straws, etc. poor hygiene at dining area as well (see photos). Lots of soda flavors unavailable (see photos). They also didn't have 5 side items on the menu.
I went on a date at nandos I never heard of them. The service was confusing no one came to our table . They wanted us to scan a barcode and order. We ended up going up to the desk to order our food, I had wings no sauce and 1/4 chicken with fries I was ok. I rate the food. 7. The ambiance of as nice as well. Quarter Chicken

The best thing was the service that the cashier that gave me was the manager, I think his name was Alvaro. And it was incredible because I asked him for my utensils and lately these people don't put them in and he gave them to me along with my lemon & herb sauces. Incredible I put 100% service and

Terrible servoce at this location. Staff at this location are NOT competent. I asked before I left the store, did they put my sides in the bag and they reploed yes they did. Guess what I found when I opened the bag? No sides! So the person must have lied to me, or they were totally not competent. With gas costing what it does, i don't need to spend another $10 on gas and my precious time to go back and get what they forgot that i asked if they had included in the forst place. If I could, I would fire the manager who is not training their staff to be competent. Terrible service at this location.
