The best burger and fries I've gotten since moving to MD. Definitely will be back. The I went there was only one employee working but he did an amazing job. I had to wait a bit to get my order taken but the food was brought out to the table rather quickly. Both the burger and fries were extremely fresh. The produce was fresh, lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were ripe and had good flavor, and the grilled onions were a nice touch. I will definitely be back.

I liked the place, and the first thing I expressed was that the food was fresh and not reheated, prepared at the time of placing the order. Obviously, it takes time, but the result of the food is fresh, hot and exquisite in flavor.I felt the fries were a little salty for my taste, but the quantity is great!!In size, quantity and flavor I give it a 10!!!I 100% recommend the establishment's burgers ?.

After a shopping trip at the mall we were hungry and looking for something quick/close by so we decided to stop by Sydney's burger. It was a weekday around 6:30pm so the place was pretty empty. We ordered at the register and they brought our food to the table, the person at the register (which I believe was possibly the owner) was very friendly and he made some recommendations for us and was very willing to accommodate some of our needs (we asked for minimal salt on our fries and the burger). The place is clean, lots of space to sit and enjoy your meal, also seems like they have a good set of options for a small place in a mall. They also have vegan options. We got the salmon burger with fries and the impossible/vegan burger. The food was decent, food wasn't too salty (as we requested). I would say the burgers were not mind blowing but it was what I expected. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I went in there knowing what to expect, but if I were to compare it with other restaurants probably give it 3 stars. Would probably stop by there again if I was at the mall and wanted something quick!

Got wings today waited 20 minutes to get wings and more food and I COULDNT EAT NOT EVEN ONE WING THEY LOOK OLD AND BEAT UP!!
I went in this restaurant thinking it would be just any regular place at the mall but ended up being amazed by the care, customer service that was provided to me you can tell that they cherish and value there customers the food was amazing and served to me at my table even though it’s fast food it was well plated and the owner made me laugh he was so understanding and helpful with my order! We need to support businesses like this please give it a try you won’t regret it

The 3.99 Sydney's burger comes with American cheese lettuce, red onion mayo and has was seems like mumbo sauce. It doesn't get better than this for cheap eats. I had them 1x before and I came back to see if it was consistent. Sure enough it was better than I remembered. The cashier who I think is the owner is very polite. Great service!

Starting off the staff was very kind and attentive. I ordered the number 2 combo and overall the price was very competitive. There was a slightly misunderstanding as I ordered the food to go but instead they brought it out for me to eat at the restaurant, when I asked them to pack it not once did they make a face and said no worries. As for the food I found the burger to be a good size and have great taste. Not greasy at all. The fries need some work in my opinion as they were a little dry but overall very good burger spot.
