Ive been through the drive thru and the person took my order wrong, took my card twice (luckily only charged me once for the messed up order), and was generally rude. I only ordered a large double number one with curly fries and coke/pepsi. The next time i go there, ill just go inside and order and make sure its correct. Tasted good though, like arbys.

I got there late about 45 minutes before they closed, and unlike a lot of other places, I was greeted with a smile. I wanted a milkshake, so I asked the gentleman if they had cleaned the machine for the night. To my surprise, he said no, we don't do that till after closing, so I was able to have a milkshake and my favorite Ruben sandwich, and my girlfriend had her Mozzarella sticks. Over all that was the best service I have received from a fast food restaurant. They all had good attitudes and great team work thank you guys

They got our order wrong. I really wanted a mint milkshake, which they advertise as mint chocolate milkshake. The guy gave us a plain chocolate milkshake-no mint. What a bummer. But the crispy fish sandwiches were good. Better than the ones at Burger King or McDonald's.

I loved their smokehouse brisket sandwich and the staff their was wonderful and friendly and they really helped me out and it was my first time going their and I enjoyed the experienceWheelchair accessibility: They have specific tables for wheelchairs and ramps as well

Used to be good since I started going there summer of 2023. But now it's gotten so much worse. Cold food. Soggy fries. Week flat sodas. One woman and one man who work there who are nice but they aren't there very often. Won't be going back.

This Arby's has changed / last 8 months have been bad service after 5 pm / turn your bank card off after you make purchase . things need changed at this location !!

Food is always good, just the drive-thru is very slow, average time in the drive-thru is 10 to 15
Needed to use the restroom and grab a bite between meals. The restroom was clean and I was grateful for that. Choose the chicken slider. Took a bite and it was SO HOT it burned my tongue. Needs a warning for that little sandwich.
