I usually order here. But today I wanted to pick up. The man taking orders was extremely rude and going back and forth with me. I asked for buffalo wings. He said hot or bbq? I said hot. When he went over my order he missed 2 items. Then he kept asking do you want party wings or full wings. I kept saying buffalo, he said no you didn’t say that. And he kept going back and forth with me. I know what I said. English is my first language and I feel that it was a language barrier with this man. I asked the man behind me, hey buffalo wings is party wings right? The man at the register said we dont have that we do it different. I pointed to the sign and said it says Buffalo. He had a very nasty attitude. I was ready to spend money. What troubled me he try to charge me 39 dollars for 2 orders of fries and 6 buffalo wings. From now on Im ordering online from a different location

Chicken was a 10 before...now its just chicken. Wasn't horrible but didn't blow my mind like it used to. I'd probably go next door to Golden dragon next time for Chinese wings instead. The fries are good alone. Sorry.

Not the best location. Catfish was really good. The tenders and fries were dry, mediocre at best. Didn't give us any bread for 2/3 of our meals. Pay extra for mumbo sauce. Disappointing.
May 2023My husband placed an order for to go. This was the first time trying the chicken from this location. It was also the worst chicken and fries we've had of all their locations that we have tried. The chicken looked old and stale even though my husband saw them take it out of the fryer. The fries didn't taste fresh either and perhaps was overcooked. Maybe the oil they used was bad. Normally I am excited when he surprises me with Hip Hop Chicken for lunch, but the excitement wore off after I opened the box. Needless to say, he won't be returning to this location.

It's the worst location I've ever been. I called 4 times, and they kept hanging up. I called while inside the store, and the guy answered the phone and hung up right in front of me. Then he proceeded to act like it wasn't him the other times. The food tasted like it had been sitting all day. The chicken tasted like old cooking oil, and the fries were mushy and tasted like old cooking oil and were sitting all day. I had to throw everything in the trash. They are not serving fresh food and obviously don't want customers if they are hanging up on people calling to place orders. Very trifling, unprofessional, dirty establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person living on the streets.
