The worst wings place I have ever eaten from, first they messed up my 36 wing order with 3 different flavors with only one flavor, then when I called they told me "I made the order myself and I know it's three different flavors" and hung up right after. No customer service, I waited 30 min for my food when they told me 15, and to top it all off the food was S***

The food and manager are horrible. I've eaten at their establishment several times in the past and the food was good. I happened to be a regular in the past. It has been several months since I've eaten there. I ordered 18 wings. Took them home and they looked different than the past wings I've had. Upon eating them, they were very bland. Some were over cooked and I had a few that were still pink inside. I called the store and stated to them what the problem was. I was told to come up and speak with the manager. I went back and spoke to one of the women behind the counter and showed her the pictures of the raw wings. She went to get the person in charge and he first said he can remake the wings. At this point I just wanted a refund. I was told no refund unless I brought the wings back. I was told to just come back by the person on the phone. I wasn't told to bring them. They were raw and disgusting and I tossed them. It wasn't even 15 minutes after leaving the store I came back. So the person in charged stormed off to the back. I told the lady since he agreed to remake them then do that. She went in the back to tell him what I said and then she comes back and says that he said no. I'm reporting them to the BBB now. He was rude and nasty. I've worked in customer service and he was very unprofessional. The woman told me to call back and ask to speak to the manager. I asked her who was the guy. She said he's just the one in charge right now not the manager. I will never go back there or waste my money on that place ever. It was so bad they don't deserve a rating.

Something here changed. Not sure how long it will last. I was walking past, grabbed a menu and ordered later that night. Unlike in the past, the person who answered was pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in getting my order correct. I can be very picky. She warned me delivery was going to be over an hour - ahead of time! I was glad for that. I'm tired of people saying 35 mins and they know it's a lie. Probably something their boss makes them say. Regardless, when the food came...it was hot, delicious and exactly how I asked for it.

This place sucks. I live 7 minutes and the first time I got my food, after 50 minutes, the pizza was smashed to the top of the box so I sent the driver back to get me a new one. And then when he brought the food back, it was perfect - too bad it took another hour So I waited a total of an almost two hours for my one pizza. (My pizza was a half pepperoni and half jalapeños, large) and I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon Did I mention I live 7 minutes away?

I only gave one star because there was not a way to give them NONE! This place SUCKS azz! Dont do it to yourself! We placed an order at 115Pm for lunch to be delivered to the office for 2 ppl, a tuna salad sandwich and a chicken box, which, btw was $20!!!!!!!!!!! Originally they said 45 min. 45 min turned into an hour and half. We called and was told food will be here in 5 to 10 min. Meanwhile another hour later at 3pm I called, like whats up with our food? These bastards said they had to call in another driver and now our food will be here in 45 min per the new driver...??? Meanwhile, we are hungry as hell!!!!!! soooo 4PM, still no food! (getting off in an hr), Chick that answers phone says that the driver came to our office and the door was locked... Ummm no one called and its 4 pm, we dont close til 8! Meanwhile she swore that the driver will be at our door in 2 min. again coworker went to door NO WINGS & THINGS! They already charged my card hours ago, and NO FOOD still and they dont seem to care!!!! I told them I want my MONEY back! REALY MONEY, as now... I dont wanna wait days for a refund as these clowns had me starving all afternoon!!!! I dont trust them and I dont know how a restaurant that delivers food, cant and refuse to deliver food!?!?!?! They suck.... dont even bother with this location!!!!!!!!!

Warning! Don't place your order through Yelp for this place!!!! I placed my order,received confirmation, waited the hour they told me to wait only to NEVER receive my food!!!! When I called the business they said they don't receive orders from Yelp?????? I was given 10000 apologies but my hungry 14 year old wasn't interested. I can't rate the food because we never got any but the service didn't meet my satisfaction at all.

Really?? If the special is "pizza with one topping" for a fixed amount, then u can't charge extra for the one topping!!! I ordered 3 x-large one topping pick specials only to discover that the "one topping" has extra charge of $1.00. False advertisement! Not only that, I ordered on the phone at around 45 minutes past the hour... it's now 22 minutes past the next hour and I and still here.... Ok... edit time.. at least the pizzas were really good!!! Hence more stars.

I hate complaining about food but I will make an exception. I ate the worst wings of my life at this joint. The chicken had a terrible stench of burnt chicken. It was rubbery and I had to use considerable amount of strength to tear the chicken from the bones. The worst part was the way the pieces were cut. The top of the leg piece was cut in a way that you could see the blood/bone marrow on it. Check the picture. If I dipped a $10 bill in sauce and ate it that would have tasted better than their Jumbo wings No wonder this place doesn't even have 3* rating. If only I had read the reviews before going there.
I always get the spicy halal chicken sub here or the chicken wings. The sub is to die for. It's always overstuffed and bursting with flavor. It fills you up pretty well. The chicken wings however are just average. Sometimes they can be a little dry but nevertheless, the subs make up for it.

12 wings, fries, and baby shrimp came to $25!! Wings were very bland. Fried shrimp are super small and taste like they were fried in old grease. Charged $.50 extra for ranch or blue cheese (despite ordering wings) and it was not included in my delivery. Fries tasted like cardboard. I threw all my menus away..def won't be ordering from this place again. Wish I could get a refund actually...
