It was dirty. Line was out the door and the manager (short black man) was getting a drink just watching. Never came to the front to help. The guy who was on the line, once his lunch break time started he dropped everything walked away, came back, no gloves (after taking the trash can w/ him) made a bowl for himself and walked off. Let one person on the line, one boy as a cashier and line throughout the restaurant. no one had ANY sense of urgency to get the line down. No white rice. No black beans on the line. it was horrible.

Does this location even train their employees? They can't fold burritos correctly, never give the right portions, and the food they serve looks tastes and smells weeks old... And on top of that, when you have a problem they give an attitude. Probably starts at a lazy management level.Save your taste buds and take the time to order from the Elicott City location instead.

I haven’t visited chipotle in 10 years. The one time I tell myself okay I’m going to give them a shot and they literally had nothing but chicken for the protein, no Queso, just a joke of a business. This is why I will always choose Qdobas over them. Better ingredients, fresher, and overall better quality and service!

Came in to order a steak bowl, was told it would be a ten minute wait. Cook was never told to cook steak. I asked if steak was being prepared directly to the cook. Only then was the steak prepared. My 19 minute wait turned into 25 minutes.

I absolutely don’t know why I expected anything below average from this location. Every time there is an issue, either excessively long lines , rude customer service, or quality of food. Needless to say I was in the area and decided to place order online thinking that would be better. When I walked in the lady at the register was yelling that they are only accepting exact change and no other forms of payment. Which is unacceptable especially during this time of day (3pm). When I was finally able to check my food, I noticed that they messed up my order terribly. They always seem to be missing something regardless of the time of day you visit. I don’t understand what’s going on with this place because every other location that I frequently visit has top quality service. They need better management in place.

The meat and rice was cold the service sucked they only had 1 person at the counter we had to wait for the cashier and the older lady asked what the hold up was and the guy said calm down calm down but we were all waiting for several minutes until someone came the place could use some
This location never has any ingredients no matter the day. Severely under staffed. Poor food preparation. The online service for this location is piss poor my online orders are consistently incorrect, and the employees rather stare than to assist the customers. Needs new

This is by far thee slowest location. I placed an order at 1:20pm and as of 2:00pm my order still isn’t out. They need to have a sense of urgency when it comes to getting orders out.
