Ordered my favorite "Love it" and was a "gotta have it" when done. The service was excellent and showed great customer service. Explained everything she was doing and repeated everything to make sure both the orders where correct. Exceptional service! :) However, I was concerned she was working alone and the area is not well lit . I was not sure security was available for her. :( I could only pray she was safe and would be okay and use to the area she worked in and was careful about closing the store and going home alone.

Stopped in after checking out a movie nearby. There was one couple leaving the store and no one else in line waiting. It was a pretty small location but, the ice cream was on point. I had cheesecake cream in a like it size. It was simply delicious. Service was great. In and out on this 100 degree day.

I visited this location and informed the rep (appears to be the manager) about my allergy. Protocol at other locations is to make the ice cream separately, in the back to avoid any adverse reactions. He said that he does not have an area in the back. I informed him of my reactions. He commented, "I'll do it in the front; I'll just risk it". WHAT!!!???? I should have said, not with my health!!! Before I left, I told him I would return to the other locations. The customer service at this location is LACKING and is subpar!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this location at all cost. Remember your customers are helping to pay your bills so you should treat them with respect. That was very rude and unprofessional!!!!

My son wanted ice cream so we paid them a visit. I wasn't gonna get anything but them so found out we had 5 dollar off coupon. So I splurged and got me a waffle bowl with strawberry ice cream. The store was clean and great customer service!!

This location always has a bad smell. It smells like week old dirty mop water. Also they don’t offer all of the creations that Coldstone typically has. Although pikesville location is ran by little kids, I still rather go there than here. Other reviewers aren’t lying when they say it melts so quickly. Definitely at a different rate than other locations.

This is the worst cold stone ever they are always closed when I go and never have the new promotion and ice cream advertised on the the window or in side that’s dialed advertising also the hours of operation are not acutely displayed cuse I’ve placed a mobile order with the app and showed up and the store was not even open although it says there where in the app and google

Truly no safe way to remove the lid without ice cream exploding all over the place. Coldstone...please consider that your ice cream is known to melt before the customer reaches their car...let alone a delivery order (though we live 2min away from the store). You cant over fill the cup..the solid turns into a liquid. Guess ill just slurp on whay isnt all over my hands and clothes

The review is based on the taste of the food. The best ice cream shop in town. After tasting their ice cream I am not going anywhere else. The rich creamy taste will follow you even after you are long done with your ice cream. I have been there many times last year and every time I walked out with delicious ice cream. I had absolutely no issues with the customer service and the team seems like doing their job pretty good. Must go place for ICE CREAM!!!
