I ordered delivery from Crust & Buns some time ago after receiving a menu advertisement in the mail. I never heard of this place prior to receiving the advertisement and assumed it was a new restaurant but later found out it had been in business long enough. The online ordering was not working that day, so I called in to place an order. The gentleman who took my order was friendly but was new, so it took a bit of time to place my order. That certainly wasn't too much of a problem in comparison to the food I received when my order was finally delivered (picture attached). The cheesesteak I received came with mold on the sub roll. I had to call back to ask for a replacement and by that time, I lost my appetite after seeing the mold and didn't really trust anything that would be given to me from the location. There is no reason why I should have received moldy food. It is a health and safety concern and the staff should take the proper measures to inspect the food and throw out expired or rotten products. It seems as though they were hoping it would not be seen. On top of the mold, I never received a receipt for my order despite asking. I advise to be cautious and inspect your food carefully before eating if you choose to still give this place a try. This was a terrible first experience in my opinion and I chose to toss the menu advertisement in the trash. It was my first and last time doing business with Crust & Buns. Inefficient / mediocre ordering system, insufficient / untrained staff, and unfresh food. It appears that management isn't managing. My overall experience was a disgrace.

The lamb was cold and the rice was hard. The chicken ka bob was very good. The woman that worked the front was very kind and polite.

DON’T BOTHER! You will not get what is advertised!!I ordered a special that came with wings, sub, fries and a soda. They forgot the fries and idk what that is, but it’s not a sub.I called and spoke to a lady. She told me the special doesn’t come with fries. I said it’s on the menu when you order online. She kept going back and forth me saying you don’t get fries. I said well you need to take that down then. If it says it comes with fries I should of got fries. She said next time you order I’ll give it to you - yeah right.I also told her the sub is not a sub. The meat looks like a burnt hamburger. I told her that is the wrong sub. She said that’s how the sub comes. I said I have never had a cheesesteak sub look like this in my life and I didn’t order a hamburger sub or anything like that.She just kept going back and forth with me. The issues were never resolved. Im telling you I didn’t get what I paid for and I’m not happy with whatever this sub is supposed to be. The sub is inedible. It’s tasteless, burnt and dry. No seasoning whatsoever ever. No hot peppers as advertised.The honey old bay wings were crispy and fried good. Not a lot of sauce or seasoning though to be honest.This was my second time ordering here and my last. Never again. What a waste of money ??♀️

Straight trash . Couldn’t even get ranch with my wings . Lady kept hanging up on us. The left the phone off the hook for 20 mins and refused to fulfill my order. On top of the food being average as ever and the wings not being saucy or cooked well

Ordered cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and two pizzas based of their reviews. They were very courteous offering an alternative to the mozzarella sticks as they were out. Chose pizza fries. Food smelled great.The disaster is when we got home and I found out the pizza fries was instead another order of cheese fries. I opened and consumed some of the first one and opened the second one to get more cheese. Luckily, I was eating my fries with a fork (cheese fries are messy) and I happened across a large piece of glass smother in cheese, pressed between the fries.I’m just glad my child didn’t want to dig in to the cheese fries as she would not have been as attentive.The ONLY reason for the 1 star is due to this as this is extremely scary that a piece of glass of that size was missed.

Doesn’t look like a clean establishment. Unbeknownst to me when I placed the order. Not to mention the 4.99 I spent for a sauce container of Mac and cheese lol never again

Ordered a pizza, it arrived an hour and a half after we placed the order and was COLD. 2 liter bottle of soda was included with the order, that also showed up COLD. Which tells me my pizza sat on their counter for an hour before anyone decided to deliver it. When I called to complain, the woman just kept asking me if I wanted pick up or delivery. NO I WANT MY PIZZA DELIVERED HOT OR A REFUND. She couldn't even understand what I was saying. Just stay away from this place. Not worth it.

The food wasn’t bad here. I had ordered the fried calamari, catfish platter, Buffalo wings, and the shrimp basket to be shared between 2 people. Everything was pretty good! The portion sizes were actually smaller than what I thought, but it was fine. My only complaint would be to put more sauce on the wings. I would definitely order from them again. They have some other items on the menu that I want to try!
