My husband just picked up our order, upon walking in there was a girl at the register just standing there looking out at nothing. No greeting nothing, so he asked if she was gonna help him and she says what do want? He brings our pizza home and we have 2 inches of crust before the toppings. We ordered a jalapeno, sausage and pineapple pizza, that is just about all jalapenos. For $20 this was a complete rip off. I will never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 items from this papa John’s and was delivered only 1 item. When I called to ask for the rest, I was given horrible customer service saying they wouldn’t remake my order that I paid for already. Even when I offered to pick it up, they were saying they wouldn’t make my full order because they are busy. Busy doing what?? Because clearly It wasn’t making pizza because they Couldn’t even fullfill the order properly. They gave a refund in the end but what I wanted was the food I paid for. Hopefully they fire the driver for lying and stealing my food but I doubt it considering how rude the staff was. Good luck if you order from here.
