I order Rita's for my job which turned out to be 6 Gallons and 9 Quarts worth of Rita's, and our Experience was great. The ordering at the location was great, the emails back and forth with the owners was great. Pick up day was amazing, I pulled up, walked to the window, asked for my order, and everything was ready and waiting for me.Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end.Thanks Rita's!!!
We had a mix up with dates on a catering order (our fault) and they were able to rally and make the order happen anyway! We really appreciate their flexibility and great customer service. Plus it was an absolute hit at our end of year celebration! Thank you so much!

The staff is extremely friendly and they seem to keep the line moving, however....god forbid you GrubHub/DoorDash or have any reason to call them you will NEVER get anyone on the phone so good luck if you run into any issue. 4 Stars because on multiple occasions I could not get anyone on the phone, including recently they gave my DoorDasher the wrong order and the driver and I could not get anyone on the phone.
