I sincerely wish there was a better wing joint around so I wouldn't have to wait an extra 20-40 minutes every time I order takeout. I'll never understand how this place became so popular selling cold mediocre food.. do yourselves a favor and try something else... Even pizza hut has wings and you don't have to spend your night waiting for your food.

This place continually messes up on the Queso. We spent $150 worth of food at this place. We went back in to get the party Queso that should have been with our order originally. They brought out 1 small cup of it. We told them it was a party size 3 times and the guy behind the counter kept saying ok I’ll get another small cup and we then continued to say it is a party size. We got the small cup still and just left because it wasn’t worth fighting them again over it. Also worth mentioning that the waitresses are too busy talking instead of helping customers. The service is always bad every time I go here and I have heard from others that they have had bad experiences also. This place needs a major overhaul or something.

Was fine waiting 20 mins to get seated. Our waitress abbey took our order and then we never saw her again until it came time to pay, but had no qualms about checking her other tables. We had 2 other servers bring us our food. I'd have tipped them if I could. I was excited for bdubs at first but definitely won't be going back

We dinned Sunday. Walking in around 1:30pm. Waited 10 minutes before anybody even recognized we were there, then was told it was a 20-minute wait. They didn't seem busy at all but did appear to be shorthanded. Finally got seated just to learn they were out of all the good options of which we were interested in. Son-in-law out of drink for 10 minutes before waitress came back to check on us. Very disappointed!!

The food was very good. The service was subpar. We ordered take out. No customers in line at the check-out when I arrived and I noticed 90% of the diners-in tables were empty (this was during non-peak hours). It took over six minutes for an employee to meet me at the check-out counter; while there were four other employees standing around chatting.
The food is what you expect from BWW. The strawberry margarita was awful. We sent it back and it came back worse. The location is understaffed and the 1 waitress had too many tables to reasonably keep up. I hope they can hire more people soon.

Table was slightly small dor my taste with 2 others but overall everything tasted great service was on point.Kid-friendliness: I have never had any issues with my kids at these establishments, it is a bit loud at times
We've been twice in the last 3 months. The place is a management mess... Slow service, poor service, long delays to get our food, it's cold when we do (waited 50 minutes after ordering the last time, it was probably ready for 30 minutes before we got it), kitchen mistakes, out of boneless wings last time we were there.

Took daughter her boy friend there for supper. So four of us we ordered two appetizers. When they come out they was enough for us to try each very small portion for the money. Then the food came out cold and again not much food. We paid a bill way more than the food was worth. Will not ever go again .
