Went to just get a coffee for myself before we started our day and the customer service was great. Greeted with a "Dunkin Dunkin, what can we get for you", friendly cashier at the drive thru. I don't know who the cashier was but she was extremely nice and whoever made my frozen coffee had to have made it with a lot of love because it was a sight to behold and just really good. All in all, it was a really good start to the day for my mine and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary. Thank you guys! Extra props to the cashier for even covering us being short 4 cents even though we could've given an extra dollar. Stellar service.

I’m not sure who the heck the manager is in this facility or the owner but you guys better change the staff! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in the 60 years of my life! I will never step another foot in that facility, nor will many family and friends of mine, either! Every time you go there no one wants to service you at the cash register. It seems like all they do the few that they do have like the hide behind the wall near the drive-through window! I’m not sure why this place even exist or why it exist, and how you’re even money with that pathetic Staff especially the thin dark haired girl that is there on Sunday’s but she’s definitely not the only one! Good luck with this pathetic place you call Dunkin Donuts which is suppose to be an example of why America Runs on Dunkin! SHAMEFULL!

I think this is my favorite Dunkin in my area!They always make my favorite drink (caramel craze latte) perfectly!! To top it off their employee Paris is an absolute sweetheart and was so patient with my Mom today asking about the types of coffee and about what she wanted with her drink . They made us delicious coffees!!Can’t wait to go back when I need my next coffee fix!

You guys know how to make a bagel!! Perfect amount of cream cheese, perfectly toasted. This is why I choose Dunkin bagels over Panera: they toast the bagels for you and put the cream cheese on. It’s kinda hard to eat on the road when Panera just gives you a bagel, a thing of cream cheese, and a knife that you have to handle while driving lol. I will be back for a bagel again soon!!

I’m so sick of my order being wrong that I refuse to go here anymore. It’s not like it’s cheap. There’s one guy that seems like he’s on narcotics. I’ve ordered hot coffee and received stone cold coffee more than once. Ordered chai latte and received cold coffee that was thick and bitter like it was just espresso and creamer? I’ll drive out of my way in the future to go somewhere I can find competency.
Every time I order food from them it's either over cooked or under cooked there is no in between. It's sad that they are willing to hand out food like that. I'm tired of wasting money on food I can't eat. I've complained numerous times and nothing seems to change, they just act like they don't care. It's a shame I love their hash browns when they are cooked right but they seem like they don't know how to cook food or make coffee anymore. they always add more milk to the coffee when you ask for lite ice. There is no need to compensate and mess up a coffee especially when they are so expensive.

Idk her name but she's an older woman... Usually get terrible service every time I deal with her. Accidentally hit the wrong rewards thing for an espresso when I ment to hit munchkins.. she's telling me the reward price option is different than munchkins.. BOTH ARE EQUAL TO 150!! when she scanned my phone points automatically disappear... So I couldn't pull it to right reward Ugh

Depending on the day this place gets very busy. I have never stepped inside and have only gone through the drive thru. My experience was not as bad compared to others, but the minimal contact through a speaker and then at the window was not bad, but not great enough to get 5-stars.I got what I ordered, but I don't come to expect 5-star quality with their breakfast foods, so my breakfast wrap was ok, but the coffee was hot. There is one plus!
