Kinda pricey. Some games were broken. The play area tower kept the kids entertained. Very busy.

We love taking the hour and forty five min drive to let the kids faces light up ? the garlic knots were delicious ? cheese burgers we'd get again, pizza could have been baked a lil less but was ok. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to make sure we had a great time each time we've gone. Games are cool, in working condition, the SpongeBob VR rollercoaster had my silly self hollering wait ?☺️?? and I might be a bit addicted to the large roll of tickets in the claw machine...I did win like 3,000 tickets last time ? on that claw machine alone???. The kids are tuckered out by the time we get home, and me and the hubby get to veg out ??? we go as often as possible, good job y'all

Had a fantastic afternoon! Place was packed but all employees were so polite and helpful. Food was delicious. Was amazed at all the different games. Prices can’t be beat. Thank you for offering an affordable venue for families.

I have been to this arcade over 30 times, my son's favorite place, it seems like. They have a ton of games, and if there is a malfunction, they are quick to refund your money. Very young staff but friendly enough. Saturdays seem overcrowded, that is because of birthday parties. I threw my sons birthday party here last year, and we all had a fantastic time. Using the Auburn mall in general is such a good move. Not a huge number of people and for me , I love that.

Fun family atmosphere and the prices are decent. I like bringing my family here for a few hours and have fun playing the games or going into the jungle gym area. I like that my kids can venture independently and be safe.

I've done my daughters birthday here two years in a row!! It comes with arcade cards for all birthday guests, pizza, bottled water, and cupcakes ?! They also set up and decorate for you!! Thanks guys!! ? you make my daughters birthday fun for everyone involved and easy for me!!!

My kid got hurt today and was given a ice cream they did not file an accident report like I asked easy fix on why he got hurt hope they fix it....
Family time is a wonderful place to spend a few hours, packed full of fun! We hosted a birthday party for my sons and we had a blast! The facility is very clean. They are always changing the machines to keep it fresh! I appreciate how this place is affordable for all. My family can choose to spend 1 hour of fun or 3-4 hours depending on if they climb in the fun course.

We had our son's birthday party there in August and it was awesome! The staff was so helpful, polite, and all around wonderful! Today my son had a problem with a machine giving him an error (because he didn't read that there was an error occuring) they put the lost money back on without hesitation. The birthday parties are such a deal if you want a no fuss party!

I'm a big fan of cotton candy. An awesome young lady name savannah has informed me that it was her first time making it. I can honestly say it was the best cotton candy I have had so far. These ladies are awesome and very friendly. Love it here. Keep up the great work ladies
