This location as well as the Lewiston location have changed so much. I saw and heard they just got a new supervisor and each location got new GMs. All I can say is all three of them are absolutely atrocious. You can hear the Lewiston GM screaming at his employees in the back, I quickly figured out who the Center Street GM is and from what I understand he is lazy and all he wants to do is fries, and the supervisor of both is awful. I don't know what her name is but she needs to get demoted. From what I understand they're all from the Winslow location and after seeing these three working hopefully I never have to go through winslow. The female supervisor I have seen screaming at managers in Lewiston in front of customers, and I've seen her lack of supervision professionalism and lack of common sense to help her employees at both locations. All three of these should be removed from these stores, then maybe things will get better. Im not sure what the woman's supervisors are thinking but until this is rectified I will be informing my friends and family to no longer go to any of Gobles stores. Not sure what the owner is thinking either, but I'm suspecting he has no idea what his supervisors or GMS are even doing.

The manager I really like her wish I knew her name she's great & tells team good job & positive just a good manager I can tell! Employees are nice and work hard but my issue isn't w them it's w the food yuck! It's old fries cold slapped together orders all screwed up& I really wish they had paper in kiosks for receipts! I need my receipts + the order number. I ordered today 3 separate orders everything I could tell was not fresh or even close to being fresh unfortunately. I wanted a refund but didn't bother. I ordered for 8 people & did separate orders bc I knew it would get messed up. But the workers are really good and nice and kind and apologized for forgetting things. Love that. They do runaround like crazy and door dash pple or whoever come in barge in line rude & nag for orders so they can be fast. Added stress to worker & honestly they're trying so hard to keep up. Just please throw away the stale old food..I rather wait for fresh then be fast and gross. Good job workers for being a team & doing your best!

Went to this mcdonalds on center st, auburn me. Order a fish filet sandwich. Mcdonalds has gotten so ridiculously cheap, they now only put 1/2 a slice of cheese on the fish filet. And have no problem charging $5.71 for it. No wonder they have low ratings, besides the service to boot, which is another subject by itself. That's why Wendy's is so busy across the street. Get me once, won't get me twice.

McDonalds gets phenomenal business here. Great location to have a McDonald's. Place is always clean and inviting. Employees are friendly and professional, provide excellent service to customers. Greets guests as they come in.Parking: at times when they are full you have to go in the lower lot. Usually happens around holidays.Kid-friendliness: Kid like atmosphere, if you eat in you have a activity mat to keep them behiavors at bay. Also if you order a happy meal your kid will be excited to rip open the box and see that they put in their favorite happy meal toy.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair Signs are clearly visible to citizens \ visitors \ travelers of Auburn, ME.

Ordered a total of 4 cheeseburgers and 2 McChickens with 2 large fries. Had us sitting outside for 20 minutes in curbside before I decided to walk inside myself to see what was taking so long. Saw my order sitting on the counter getting cold while I stood at the counter waiting for someone to realize I was even standing there waiting. Got home 2 minutes later to realize both orders of fries were luke warm and just about cold while they also forgot the cheese on both my McChickens.
