Hostess had no clue where to seatvus after taking us to a busy section and we asked for a booth. We went off her script I guess, then waited a while for our order after it was taken. Lack of sauces in our dishes and waiter not asking certain questions before we placed order didn't help. Have waited years for Olive Garden brand to arrive in Auburn, very disappointing and will never ever return.

My husband and I went out to dinner Friday night at the Auburn location. We had the best server Lora! The food and drinks were delicious but Lora made the whole experience just wonderful. She was kind, funny, attentive and super sweet. I want her every time we go! Thank you Lora!!!!

Waitress tried to pass us up as a table because of our looks. She was very pushy and tried to get us in and out. Took my family of 5 and will probably not go back to this location.

We have been to this location a few times and have unfortunately had inconsistent experiences. The food has always been consistent for us which is a plus. However, if you ever get sat in the first row when you walk in on the left, you are guaranteed to be forgotten about. The manager actually even came over to flirt with our baby and was very pleasant but completely neglected to ask if we had been served or if we were just in the abyss of forgottenland. We will wait longer at the door next time not get sat there because that was our second time getting sat in that very spot which I recommend nobody sit at. Maybe take the table right out and put a floor plant, same experience for the decor as we had.

I brought my mom and kids here for dinner on a Saturday night and granted yes they’re always busy but this time they seemed to have enough time for everyone BUT us. We were seated quickly and asked if we wanted a booth or a table, so we said booth. We were walked over to be seated waitresses and waiters were going every which way and still saw us getting seated. We got our menus and what I thought was going to happen was the waitress who looked at me from the table behind to us was going to take our drink order. Nope. We had looked the menu up down sideways and backwards and still nobody to take our drink order. About 15 min now into our visit the waitresses and waiters came and sang happy birthday to the table diagonal from us who had gotten there after us. This waitress walked by us again and another woman seated 4 people in the booth next to us on the other side of the isle and the waitress came right over and set down coasters and asked for their drink order. My mom had pointed all this out and I told her I’d leave and not come back. I asked the waitress after she took their drink order “excuse me?! Who’s going to serve us or is anybody going to serve us?!” She looked at me like she didn’t know we were there. My mom told her we’d been there for 20 min and all we got told was “oh let me check the…..” ummm check what? What time we got here? This is my 2nd time dining in. The first time I was in and out with my kids within an hour tops! No need for anybody to feel the way we all did.

This was my first ever time going to Olive Garden! Awesome, fresh food! The waitress/ server, Laura is very, very amazing! She gave me and my family another bowl of salad and breadsticks for free! The place itself made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant! Very fancy! The food was top quality! I have never tasted anything like it! Thank you Olive Garden! Thank you Laura!! 4/6/24

Numerous tables empty was told 25 to 30 minute wait asked why so long of a wait with so many tables empty guy at desk we don’t have service for those tables. I get that ther are shortage of workers but servers just standing around talking but no service for these tables

Portions are small but I'm assuming that's why it's endless salad and breadsticks. I live in Auburn Maine. One thing I can say is that you have an employee named STORM. He is absolutely amazing and you are so lucky to have him. Thanks for a great experience Storm.

The all you can eat salad was exceptionally fresh and well dressed. The breadsticks were also nice and fresh. I ate so much salad I barely had room for the entrées. The few bites I did take were very satisfying. I had the tour of Italy. It's what I get every time, but how can you miss with lasagna, Alfredo, and chicken parmesagne? And of course, I was dining with my wife, so the company was the best.
