The last 3 times my food has been wrong and when asking for sandwiches to be toasted after everything is on it isn’t that hard they are to busy

Atmosphere fine but went for the food. A pleasant young man took my order. Not a complicated order. A young woman made them. Order for 1) ham italian light on ham, no tomatoes. 1 pepperoni light on oil. Got home BOTH had few tomatoes. the pepperoni was dripping oil. Allergic to tomatoes so I couldn't eat. Both had a couple thin pieces of gr pepper, very LITTLE cheese, normal onions but what filled the sandwich was pickles, huge amounts. Must have had a sale on pickles. IF I do ever go back will watch them make them as it really was a waste of money.

I ordered from Uber eat they totally messed up my order!! They overcharged me I payed may too much they left out half of the meal I ordered I never got my garlic bread nor did I get my salad. I would never come here again I was so disappointed in my order being incorrect I really enjoyed sam’s Italians!

We were the only customers in the store ordering at that time there were two other sitting in the dining area when preparing our takeout order I asked to have a sandwich toasted with all the vegetables neither was done literally had two slices of cucumber maybe a quarter or an eighth of a tomato in about as much onions that would fit inside of a softball, the other two sandwiches were just as bad.

$31.00 for a small pizza, small frozen pizza, and whoopie pie. 30 minute wait at 9:30 in the morning and there were ZERO customers there the entire time. I see why now with those prices. I will not go back, I don't even know how they came to that price.

Order the spaghetti calzone which was decent wasn't what I was expecting a few things I might change about it is like a garlic butter sauce on the crust give it more of a garlic bread and spaghetti feeling like most other places maybe add cheese inside parm or mozzarella if being honest the spaghetti and meatballs didn't bring a pizzazz It just felt more like a very bland sauce and the meatballs gave off a sort of freezer burnt taste not trying to be mean it just wasn't what I was expecting it to be from other spaghetti calzones that I've had probably wouldn't order it again unless maybe they change something about it

Please! Tell me why you did away with lasagna? We would drive all the way there for it. Today they told us that no longer have lasagna? As of today you no longer have 2 customers. Really glad Olive Garden has ce in Auburn. We will get Lasagna there. Yours was still the best!!! Shame on you!!! R.
