Solid 4 stars and im being critical here.Great location just off the Russell St Bridge, but double check your food (they get busy and it's good practice.) They'll fix anything wrong instantly with no argument. My only complaints are regarding food and drive thru: generally alright food. The ingredients at this location are a little pale, but I'm writing in winter soo take that with a grain of salt (or perhaps fire sauce)The location is awkward. A real no-escape drive thru/ be positive you make enough time to pick up your mobile order (they're fairly quick to complete orders, so this isn't much of a problem for me.)Staff is always helpful and friendly. Great place for smiles and good service, even if the ingredients aren't the freshest all the time.Parking: Not a very large lot, but barely any people park here, so it balances out.

Fast drive thru at lunchtime. Food was meh. It was average for a taco bell. Had the beef supreme chalupa combo, no upgrades or addons. Cost $15. It seems the filling in the tacos has diminished as the prices have gone up. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You know what to expect.

Quite literally a 50/50 shot if your order will be correcr. I ordered 8 items tonight and only got 4. Out of the 4, 2 were not correct. This has happened several times before. I understand short staffing but tell the customer there was a issue and refund items stop just hoping they will not notice! I tried to go back inside and have it corrected but with 5 other people waiting in the lobby it wasnt worth my time. What a waste!

I don’t know how hard it is to get an order right especially when you’re not busy. I order 2 number 6 combos with steak get back to my house and it Chicken every time I come to this one I always get the Opposite of what I order. Especially not pleased when you pay $28 and get something you didn’t even want.
Out of product as usual and poor attitude at the window. On my last visit they gave me crunchy taco’s instead of the cheesy Gordita Crunch I paid for. I like their food but the service is poor!

This place is absolutely disgusting and ghetto. They are a bunch of teenagers that like to sit on their phone. I order 2 5 craving box’s and it took over 25 minutes to get my food. The lobby is completely trashed and tables are dirty and took another 10 minutes for me to even order my food. Worst PLACE ever!!!

Drive thru took forever to give me this garbage. Didn't get our drinks. Ignored when we went inside, so I reached over the counter and got my drinks myself.Only way I'd go back to this location is with a roll of yellow CAUTION tape and biohazard stickers.Easily the worst I've ever experienced, and I go to Taco Bell *expecting* trash food, but I don't expect to have to throw it directly into the trash.Do more than avoid. Their product is not fit for consumption and the franchise should pull their license. Shut it down.

I would usually go inside to get but food but I stopped doing that because the would take 45 for such a simple order so I started ordering delivery thinking it would be better but boy was I wrong, my drink have no ice and taste like it’s been watered down and sitting on the counter for days have my food was missing and some where barley prepared horrible place to order, I promise that will be my last order
