I always get a salad while deciding on what to eat. I should just order what I always order....the bourbon chicken and shrimp. It is always good the only thing i do not like is that the took the little red potatoes off the menu. I also wish they had a better selection of top shelf bourbons. Makers is not that top shelf.

Parking: We absolutely love ? this place. My husband and I went and enjoyed a 6oz steak meal and omg the steak was perfect. Ordered out ( for us our meat has to always be well done, no pink), so my husband picked it up and we started eating. Went to cut my steak and all red. Looks like it cooked for a min and served. I called and complained. The best part about it we had another perfect meal!! The waitress we had was amazing, wish we knew her name. Thank Applebee's, for 2 amazing meals!!!

I didnt like my order of the bbq brisket tacos.1 Something about those type of ingredients together just didnt fit, its not spicy at all; onion rings were really good. Everything was okay. Nice server but I wish she came by & filled my drink way sooner. The atmosphere was so dark and dingy. I didn't really enjoy the experience compared to other locations I've been to, that are well lit, and food comes out delicious and at least still warm. Wishing it was better, maybe just an off day.

I usually don't like chains but Applebees seems to have the right combination. Menu has something for everyone and prices are good. Atmosphere is above average and service is usually very good.

Our food was fantastic!The menu contains items to satisfy everyone's tastes.The "All You Can Eat" special is back on, however, I'm a fan of the bourbon bbq bacon burger.Despite arriving at a busy time on a Saturday with a wait due to limited seating and servers, our food was nicely prepared and presented.

Our service was terrible the food was cold and hard . We had to ask 3 times for our drinks . And had to wait to pay asked our waiter 2x cause we couldn't pay at the table.

The new manager in waterville is a complete loser and a liar. I'm praying that God takes him out asap. I hate him with a passion. He lied to me about unemployment and now I'm at risk for losing everything thanks to him. I hope he burns in hell. Applebee's is horrible place. The food is cheap and lacks flavor. The burgers always come out pink. They short the customers with the salads. Very little veggies. The place is horrible. Don't go there. The Augusta manager Shawn is wonderful and compassionate.
