I wanted a large hot coffee the other day so stopped in around 430. About 6 to 8 cars in drive thru. I literally had to wait 30 mins or longer in drive thru for my coffee. I'll never stop again. Do better by not understaffing. It's not the staffs fault they running on a skeleton crew. This is a management issue.

I love DD TEA+ my husband loves the coffee. He was getting it everyday .We were in transition. We will still go there if we get tea + coffee anywhere.The people r friendly + accommodating. I only go places where people r friendly.

This is THE BEST DUNKIN IN AUGUSTA!!! All the other Dunkins seem like the employees just git out on bail. This Dunkin has very nice employees and the inside is very clean and inviting to eat in. They fixed everything perfect!!!

Placed a mobile order before leaving home to be picked up inside. I don't like the drive through at this location. 20 min drive later and the door is locked. This is the final food offering before getting to the office. Not running on Dunkin today. An angry

They close down the lobby all the time but don't shut off in store pick up so when we get here you have to go through a long drive through just to get a coffee I could have walked in and had in 10 seconds. Waste of time.
Won’t ever again go here. I know we had storm yesterday. But you didn’t shut off your end on the app for talking orders. 2nd time you’ve done this to me. 4 people in store at 630am. Doors locked. Drive thru told me to come back today Dec 20th and they would honor the charge and give me my order then.Instead, THEY DIDNT, argued with me. Apparently they told many people this. Now they will have many bank reversals due to fraudulent in nature taking peoples money on and app, then saying they ain’t taking anyone’s order, to come back next day. ONLY TO BE TOLD SORRY AGAIN. It’s not rocket science. My app shows I was charged by your store, that had employees present, on Dec 19th, but you said you were closed for the day due to storm at 6:10am.

I'm upset I have to leave a single star to review the page. It deserves 0 stars. If you are going to ignore customers in the lobby, just close the lobby and be drive thru only. Making people stand awkwardly in the lobby for 5 minutes is ridiculous. At least acknowledge their presence and say just a minute. Instead the 4 people working all did everything they could to avoid even acknowledging that I was there.

The best Dunkin in town! My order is consistently correct, and consistently delicious! I greatly appreciate their efforts to produce quality products, time and time again! For reference, I usually get hot coffee, cold brew, donuts, and/or bagel minis! Some locations seem to have difficulties when it comes to the cooking times for the bagel minis. These guys have it perfected!
