Got my typical winter fave, large peppermint mocha extra cream, no sugar. Simple order for this Dunkin, others in Augusta mess it up every time, they assume I want extra extra. I hate super sweet coffee, and with the syrup already sweetened, it's enough sugar for me. This Dunkin never messes up any of my orders.
Ordered an ice coffee and a donut. Waited for about 15 minutes. Finally got my coffee but no donut. Waited another 5 minutes and finally told the girl that I just needed a donut. They didn't have the donut I wanted so I settled for a glazed stick. These people have no urgency in taking care of customers. I watched them hand out the wrong order to someone.

When I walked in today the manager and an employee were arguing about breaks. LOUDLY. After I placed my order the customer then complained to me at length about his break grievances and was cussing about it. I just wanted my order and NOT an explicitive one sided complaint about their break habits. Pretty unprofessional.
